You are still reading this?! Wow, I would've thought you would have ran away from reading the prologue and never look back. Lol, please don't run away.

Kasta's POV
2 years later
I have the dream again, the same dream I have been having for 2 years now, ever since my parents death. It is all my fault, if I had stayed and fought the Hunter and not ran like the coward I am, maybe my parents would still be here.
I look down at Calla who was sleeping peacefully in my arms, I sigh. The past is the past, no use changing it.
Getting up I walk to the shower of the hotel room, trying not to shudder. It was not the nicest of places but it was better then sleeping outside in the snow. Getting ready for the day I wake up Calla, she was not a morning person, like me.
"Leave me alone," she mumbles while I shake her. Okay, you left me no choice! I thought while I lift up her shirt and give her a raspberry. She giggles and I tickle her sides.
"Wake up you little chipmunk!" I say, trying to hold in my laughter.
"I wanna sleep!" Calla says giggling uncontrollably.
"Are you sure you deserve to sleep? You were been very bad yesterday, you ate the last cookie without sharing it with me!" I counter, still tickling her sides.
"Stop, stop! I'm going to pee!" She shrieks. I stop, and watches as she jumps up and runs into the bathroom, I guffaw.
When Calla finishes I get her dressed and while I brush her brown hair I inform her about my day plan.
"Okay, you little monster, today I am going to take you into the woods were we are going to shift. I will teach you some fighting skills and hunting skills, you got that?" I say while I put her hair up in a ponytail, Calla nods solemnly.
-------
We walk into the forest that was behind the old hotel, once I was sure nobody was following us I started to undress, Calla started to undress to.
Unlike in the stories are clothes don't actually disappear, we are not magic, it would be cool if we were, but unfortunately we shift because it is something in our DNA. Calla and I shift into our cats. I stretch and see Calla doing the same, her lynx a fourth the size of mine.
Normal female lynxes are 2-3 feet tall, but I am almost 5 feet. My furry paws spread out over the white snow, keeping me aloft, if my paws weren't so big I would be swimming in the snow for it snowed more this year than last year.
Calla stands besides me, her hazel eyes alert, her ears pricked at the slightest sound. I am a great teacher, I thought to myself. Pushing Calla's side I began padding deeper into the forest, 'Come on Calla' I mind link with her.
We reach a clearing and I walk into the middle, Calla following close behind. 'I'm hungry!' She complains.
'You will eat if you catch your own prey' I say, 'remember what I taught you?' She nods awkwardly, human habits don't go away even if you are a different species at the moment.
Calla's POV
Kasta wants me to hunt for my breakfast, and that's no fair! Why can't she hunt for me? I thought to myself as I silently pad through the forest, my eyes and ears alert for any possible prey.
There! Rustling in those bushes, I sniff the air, I smelt the warm blood of a rabbit, I could hear the beating of it's heart, it doesn't know I'm here, good.
Crouching down I slowly inch toward the bush, careful not to make a sound. Suddenly the wind changes and I could literally hear the rabbit freeze as it smells my scent. And BAM it hops out of the bushes as fast as it can, it's frantic heartbeat going in sync with my paws as I run after it, after what seems like forever I leap... And run straight into a tree.
Kasta's POV
I run up to Calla after I see her run into the tree, worried. 'Calla are you okay?' I ask, frantic. Unlike in the stories us shifters do not heal extraordinarily fast. So if she is hurt then I would go crazy. I nudge her side with my muzzle, she does not answer.
'Calla?' I ask again as I nuzzle her, I start to let out a whimper, scared. 'Calla answer me!' I ask again. Nudging her side I let out a sorrow filled whimper, suddenly I am tackled by little paws, I let out a hiss.
'How dare you Calla! You almost gave me a heart attack!' I say, too relieved to be mad, 'don't you ever do that again!'
'I won't make any promises,' Calla replies mischievously. She giggles and I tackle her, making sure my claws are not out so I won't hurt her.
'Swear on your tiny tail that you won't do that again,' I mind link, pinning her down. She tries to kick free but I was way to heavy.
'I swear!' Calla giggles. Gosh my little sister is my life, I would kill anything that would threaten her in any way, big or small.

The first chapter, how is everything? Good or bad? Should I continue or not?
