K-"Hey another hotel cancelled on me so I have no place to stay. I'll be searching before you get me."

M-"I'll ask Alexia if you could use a spare room. And remember , no discussing our past . The last thing I need is for her to hear it from someone she doesn't know."

K-"You must obviously have forgotten me.Just because I have a boyfriend doesn't mean I forgot about you." She says back through the phone.

M- "Well maybe if Kalin wasn't after me. He's literally having his plan play out, I really need you to help me. I appreciate you coming down to help me win this dumb bet."

K- "Thats what happens for making a bet with the devil. You knew he liked her and you took her."

M- "Well thank you for reminding me asshole. But she's having my child , she's my wife and I love her now. Things change."

K- "Bitch! "

I laugh making her laugh also. God she still sounded beautiful.

M- "I'm almost their and you can come over , I asked before I left dumbass."

K- "If your gonna be a smart ass , first you gotta be smart.Other than your just an ass."

M- "Alright enough you win! Your gonna make me get a ticket I'll call you when I'm outside of the airport."

K- "okay bye."

I hang up my phone smiling. Though we may not be together. She always puts me in a good mood. I loved how she was everyone's favorite. She was never mean , no grudges, nothing .

Everything's fine until Kalin's name goes across my phone screen.What could he want now. He's already having me in panic.

Kalin-I'll be at Alexia's place.So take your time :).

Fuck! What if he tells her. But she'd also hate him too , but she'd hate me more. My hands grip tighter on the steering wheel while my free hand tries to text him back telling him to not go an inch near her before I ask one of his "true loves" to fly down here.

I'm pretty sure he'd hate me for it but I don't give two shits about what he thinks. This bet was dumb in the first place. I should've never agreed to it , only if I would have left him alone and stopped teasing him about her everything would be fine.

Me-Don't you dare touch her or I'll spill. Remember she's only a phone call away and I can pay for her flight.

He texts me back immediately this time making fumes fall from my body.

K- Go ahead. I'm already enjoying Alexia. Just wait , she'll see who the good person is.

My speed goes from 80 mph to 98 mph in a split second. The faster I get to the airport. , the faster I could get back home. I was only 10 minutes away , maybe less now that I'm speeding.

If he thought that Alexia would fall head over heels for him in 30 minutes.He has no idea what he's in for. Maybe telling Mackeyah or whatever the fuck her name is would ruin him for me. Her dad sells us beats, plus his Jordan's.
