Christmas Vacation

chapter 2

"Are you cold?" Michael said to Calum, he could tell he was shivering.

"A little. This weather isn't the best to be walking in. I can see my fucking breath." Calum said as he was walking to his house from Luke's, only a couple blocks away.

"Here, take my jacket. I always feel like fire from what happened last month." Michael said jokingly. A month ago the boys were doing a show and Michael's hair got caught on fire from an accident on stage, he makes jokes about it constantly.

Calum laughed at Mikey's joke and said, "don't scare me like that again, I didn't know if you were gonna be okay. But yes, you know ill take your jacket, you and your clothes always smell amazing."

Michael started blushing at what Calum had just said. He got on his phone so he wouldn't let Calum see his extremely red cheeks.

As they walk in Calums house, Michael goes straight to the fridge, like he always does.

"Banana or cake? ..... Cake" Michael said to himself. "Grab me some Gatorade out of the fridge, will ya mate?"

"Sure. I think i'm gonna have some vegemite, want some?" Calum asked.

"No, I have to watch my bikini figure, Cal." Michael said while Calum rolled his eyes.

"And that's why you're going with cake, you dumb fuck?" Calum said playfully while running his hands through Michaels blue hair.

Michael got the chills. He didn't want Calum knowing all the thoughts he was having about him in that moment, so he suggested that they go practice playing.

As they walk up the stairs, Michael made Calum go first so he could stare at his ass while he was infront of him. Michael always thought Calums ass looked the best in skinny jeans out of the boys.

Calums room was a mess, like always, but Michael didn't care. All he cared about was being with Calum, and watching him bite his lip while playing his bass. He always wished it was him biting it instead of his own. 

"So, lets try this again, shall we?" Calum asked Michael after playing some random tunes.

After about 5 times of trying and failing, Mikey felt hopeless. All he wanted is to kick ass at shes kinda hot.

"Fuck it! I give up, i'm never gonna get it!" Mike said.

Calum hated seeing Michael like this. He knew he could get it if he really set his mind to it. "Try again, one more time, for me. Really focus, I know you can do it." He said.

"Okay, one more time, but that's it. If I don't get it, i'm done for the night." Michael said.

One last time Mikey tried, but this time, he got it. he shredded it. Calum hadn't smiled that big in forever.

"I'm so damn happy I could kiss you!" Cal said.

Michael couldn't believe his ears, but he didn't even have time to process what Calum had said, because Calum was looking deep into Michael's eyes. The tension was too much for both of them. Calum was done with holding back, he leaned in and kissed Mikey.
