Another Delena Love Story

The Big News

Damon's POV
   As I look in to Elena's eyes after the kids we just shared, I was shocked at what I saw in here eyes. What I saw was love. Real love. I was more than happy to say it first.
"Elena.." I said softly
"Yeah?"
"I think I'm in love with you." I told her with as much confidence as I could. She had a biggest smile on her face.
"Damon, I think I'm in love with you too" she responds, my heart is beating out of my chest.
"Damon?"
"Yes love?"
"Do you want to stay with me tonight?" she asked. I gave her my signature smirk and said...
"I'd love too"

Elena's POV
     I woke up being spooned by Damon and his arm around my waist. Which I didn't mind at all. Then I realized that I was in my Morehead State sweatshirt and some black laced underwear, and he was in his boxers. This is literally the best way to wake up. I got a text from my parents and it said that they're going on a business trip for 3-4 months and that the Salvatore's we're going with them. That means that Damon is going to be living with me. How much better can this day get?! I get up and go take a shower and I started singing Save the World by Swedish House Mafia when I hear the door open. I peek my face out of the curtains and see Damon sitting in the counter.
"Don't stop singing. You have a beautiful voice." He smirks.
"Thanks" I smile "You should probably go pack your stuff" I told Damon. He looks at me all confused.
"Why?"
"Because your going to be living with me for a few months" I grab my towel and rap it around me. Damon looks at me in shock and walks over to me and grabs my waist.
"Are you serious?"
"Yes I'm very serious. Now go look at your phone!" I tell him. He walks out of the bathroom and I follow. I grab my purple lace bra and matching underwear and slip it in under my towel. Once it's on I drop my towel.
"Damn I'm lucky to have you as my girlfriend." Damon says as he checks me out.
"So we're official now?"
"100x yes. I want you to be mine. Because you're my baby Elena" he says as he grabs my waist and pulling me in his lap.
"Your lucky I like you Mr. Salvatore"
I tell him as I get off his lap to put some real clothes on.
"No baby I like you in that" he pouts.
"Okay, so I'll just walk around town in my bra and underwear today" I tease him.
"No way, If anybody does anything to you I'll kill them" he says in a serious tone.
I put on a purple shirt with a black necklace some legging and my boots.
"Seriously Damon, go pack! The faster you pack the more time we'll be living together" I wink at him and he goes running out of the room and goes running across the street. I can't help but giggle at his cute reaction. I'm so excited for these next few months.

Damon's POV
      I start packing and my parents call me.
"Hello"
"Hey Damon, sorry we couldn't say goodbye, we didn't want to wake you up"
"It's okay Mom, how long are you going to be gone?"
"3-4 months sweetie, I need you to help Elena take care of Stefan and Jeremy."
"Okay Mom, I gotta go, I'm packing."
"Okay I love you Damon"
"I love you too Mom" and she hangs up. I finish my packing and walk over to Elena's house. She's helping Stefan get all his stuff in his room. May I say she looks as gorgeous as ever.
"Hey Damon?"
"Yes Lovely?"
"We only have one guest room, you can sleep with Stefan or Me." She looks at me and winks and turns around walking upstairs. That sneaky girl she is. I walk upstairs and look in Stefan's room and he just sitting on his bed texting.
"Hello  brother."
"Hey D" and he obviously didn't want to start a conversation so I walked to Elena's room and she had removed some clothes from her dresser so I can put mine there. What a lovely girl. Then I hear Elena scream, so I run out of her room and see her running down the hall.
"Come back Elena" Jeremy yells.
"Nope" she yells as she hides behind me, pulling us both in our room, I like the sound of that, anyways she's laughing and oh my gosh it's adorable.
"Elena what was that about"
"Well I stole a piece of this Kit Kat and he hates when I do that so he came after me" she laughed
"Strange but your cute"
"So how do you like our room Damon?" she asks with a smirk.
"I love it" I say as I lean down to kiss the love of my life.
