chpt. 12

Riley's pov

I wake up, and see a blinding light shining on me.

"Doctor," some woman says, "She's awake."

A man, who I assume is the doctor, comes up to me.

"What's your name?" he asks.

"Riley," I reply.

"Where do you live?"

"Texas."

"She seems okay," the doctor finally says, after asking me about five more questions.

"Does anything hurt?" the nurse asks.

"Just my head a little...." I reply, "I'll be fine though."

"Okay then! You're fine to go," she says happily.

I nod, and get up to change out of these hospital clothes.

After I changed, I go out to the waiting room.

There, are the five idiots who kidnapped me....

Which, one of them, is my brother?

I go up to Niall, and ask him for the test results.

He could be lying, for all I know.

His face lit up when he saw me, and he tackled me to the ground in a huge bear hug.

The other boys follow his example.

"OOOOFFFFF," I moan.

Niall blushes and says, "Sorry..."

He helps me up, and says he doesn't have the results with him right now. But, he'll show me them, when we get to the house.

I cross my arms and say,"How do I know you aren't lying?"

He smirks and says, "I guess you're just gonna have to trust me."

I groan, then roll my eyes.

"I trust you," I say finally.

He smiles, and grabs my arm; skipping to the van.

~At The House~

Niall runs inside, towing me along with him.

He decides, I'm going to slow, so he picks me up, and throws me over his shoulder.

"HERE THEY ARE!!!!!!!!" he screams.

He puts me down, and shoves some papers in my face.

I take them from him, and sit down.

I read the whole thing, and look up at him.

"Y-you ARE my brother," I say.

He nods, and says, "Umm.... Sorry about the wole kidnapping thing...."

I laugh.

Then, I suddenly realize, my dad doesn't know where I've been.

"I have to call my dad," I say.

Niall gives me my phone, and I quickly dial his number.

(A/N: what Riley says, will be in italics and what her dad says, will be in bold.)

Dad?!

RILEY!!!!! Where have you been?????????

Ummm...... I was kinda with my brother?

What?

You know, my mom's son. He found me.

.....

Dad?

I don't want you to be with him. I don't want you to be with anyone or anything that has anything to do with that woman!

DAD! He's my BROTHER.

Nice to know. Now, where are you. I'm coming to pick you up.

DAD! NO. N. O. I want to spend some time with him!

No Riley. And that's final.

I'm not a little girl anymore! You can't keep telling me what to do!

Fine. If you want to spend some quality time with your brother, go ahead. But, don't bother coming home.

And with that, my dad hung up.

Tears form, and they're threatening to spill.

"What happened?" Liam asks.

I wipe my eyes, and say, "My dad kinda.... Well, he doesn't like my mom. SInce, she just left, and dumped a little girl with him. He doesn't think I should have anything to do with Niall. I said I wanted to spend some time with him. Since, he IS my brother. So, he said I could. But, I better not bother to go home."

Liam hugs me, and says, "It will be alright Riley. You know what? You can stay with us! We're going on tour in three weeks... But, you can just live on the bus with us! It will be fine."

The other boys agree.

Well...... I guess I'm going to live with One Direction now...

That's right.

Be jealous bitches.
