Dimorea is a land that is made of hundreds of separate floating islands. Each island floats approximately a mile above an ocean that spans around the planet. Every island is roughly the size of a city and many are connected. There is no government or police force due to the fact that anybody who thinks about committing murder disappears before they get the chance. There is no hunger because no matter how much food is eaten, more will always appear in the central building of each town. Other than those two facts and slight changes in the laws of physics this world is virtually the same as ours. The story takes place during summer break on one of the small outlying islands.
