Chapter 16

Jacquees POV

So I was kind of confused by this whole situation because I hugged London about to introduce her to my lady India but they already know each other and fuck boy Lucas over there do too. At this point I had to figure out what was going on because this is so frustrating and it's hurting me as well knowing that I've caused so much lately.

"Wait, so you two know each other" I questioned London and India

"No the question is how do y'all know each other" London questioned India and Lucas

"Family of Chanel Johnson" a doctor interrupted

"Yes right here" Issa calmly answered the doctor

The doctor walked over to us.

"How is she doc, please tell me she's doing fine, is she alive, how's the baby doing" I quickly asked

Even though I did the damage, I still had a killing vibe as if somebody else did it. And it was taking its toll on me.

"Please calm down and let me explain" the doctor said putting her hand on my shoulder

After she did that India eyed her and London started bussing up but she stop after I gave her that look because this wasn't a laughing matter.

I shoved her hand. "Hurry the fuck up and explain then" I yelled catching everyone in the hospital attention.

Lucas POV

London rubbed Jacquees back and whispered in his ear. I had to leave, I couldn't watch her disrespect me like that. So I just left without warning and when I got close to the bus stop I heard my name being called. I turned around and it was India, I kept walking. I didn't wanna talk to anyone right now.

"Lucas, please talk to me" she begged

I turned around. "Why should I India" I yelled

"Because I wanna apologize" she innocently said

"For what, leaving me for that nigga Jacquees because of what, his money. Because he had more money than me. Because I didn't buy you everything you wanted, well you can keep the apology I'm over you and I've been over you" and with that being said I got on the bus and went home, to my house.

India POV

After seeing Lucas I kind of felt like my old feelings came back and I wanted to apologize but he didn't want to talk to me, he was disgusted. And it hurt my feelings to know that I made him feel disgusted by me. I was extremely upset because I'm not stupid, I know that we are each other's exes. I'm Lucas ex and London is Jacquees ex. She rubbed his back and made him feel better and more comfortable and I'm his girlfriend not her.

I walked back into the hospital to the waiting room. When I walked in there was no Jacquees or London to be found. But then I start hearing loud cries coming from the long hallway. I looked down the hall to see Jacquees punching the wall and then London starting to comfort him by the wall on the floor.

The sight I was looking at made me cry, I was happy and upset at the same time which was crazy and it made me laugh on the inside. He was so comfortable under her and I realized that I could never take her place. They were so in love with each other and you could tell.

Issa walked out the emergency room.

"How is she" I asked him

"She's good but the baby is not" he hung his head

"I'm sorry to hear that" I brought him into a hug

"Even though it wasn't mine, I still care for her and it's sad to lose a baby that you would have treated like your owns" he came out of the hug
