A Garmau Fanfic

Surprise!!!!!

Aphmau's POV

They take me to a room cut off from all the other rooms. Theres a Ultra sound machine in there and they tell me their taking all the same proceeders that they do with everyone. They move my top up just over my belly so they can ultra sound the area.

"Ok this may feel cold for a second." The nurse smiles at me and places it down, i shiver, it does feel cold! She moves the stick around a bit before she stops and smiles. I look at the screen but all i can see is black and gray merging together.

"Here you are, a beautiful baby." she point out a tiny figure on the screen. I gasp.

"Wow..." it almost brings me to tears.

"Its only tiny because its only in the early stages of development. So its also hard to tell the gender..." she continues staring at the screen. i smile. "Would you like a picture?" I nod, i cannot even speak. She moves away for a minute and presses a few buttons, soon a printed picture of what on the screen emerges. she hands it to me and takes the controller off of me and wipes off the gel, i pull my top down and continue gazing at the picture.

"Ok we'll take you back to Garroth now" She says sweetly. I can't wait to tell him!!!

Garroth's POV

I sit and wait anxiously, waiting for Aphmau to come back with, Hopefully, with some good news. Then suddenly the doors swing open and Aphmau comes in on her Wheel chair, she's beaming.

"Aphmau....."

"Yes....Im Pregnant!" I stare at her in disbelief.

"Really!?" my eyes winded.

"Yess!!!!" She throws herself at me and we hug.

"Wow! I can't believe it!"

"Your gonna be a dad!" She whispers to me. I just smile. The nurse and the porters leave again. "it must have been back in the hut..." (Read W-what happened to understand)

"Yeah.."

"I know you were not planning on having a child this vacation but..." She leans back off me, and i kiss her.

"it doesn't matter, its our baby and i love it!" i pull her in closer and hug her.

"They said they can't tell what gender it is though, its too early"

"It doesn't matter, i don't want to know, Not yet!"

"No me neither." 

"Ohh i can't wait to tell the others!"She smiles and kisses me again, and theres a knock at the door. i look, Laurance is standing there.

"Oh it Laurance... Should we tell him?"

"No yet... We can tell him when we get discharged." She smiles at me and hugs me.

"Come in!" Laurance enters.

"Sorry am i intruding on something?"

"Ehh No." Aphmau climbs back into her wheel chair.

"Garroth, you look better from yesterday."

"Yeah and i feel better." I wink a aphmau.

"....Are you guys getting married or something?" He stares at us. "You look too giddy..."

"What! No!!" He walks over to the bed.

"Dont kid with me... are you getting married?"

"NO!"

"Ok then what?"

"Nothing! I just want to sleep!" I cry.

"Ok then, we'll be off." He grabs Aphmau's wheel chair, i quickly peck her on the cheek before Laurance sweeps her away.

"Bye!"

"Bye!" the door closes behind them.

I find it hard to sleep that night, I'm to excited for this baby! After hours of sitting and thinking i finally drift off to sleep... at 5 am....
