A Garmau Fanfic

Great news!

Aphmau's POV

I wake up to a rattling coming from the other cubical next to me. I look at the clock on the bedside table, its 3 am... I sit up.

"Laurance?" I whisper, the rattling continues "Laurance, is that you?"

I try and move my legs across the bed so i can stand but i can't their too weak.

"Laurance!?" i say it slightly louder this time and the curtain next to me opens.

"Oh Aph. How come your awake?"

"Eh more to the point. What was that rattling and why are YOU awake?"

"Wait...what rattling? and i asked first."

"Well I'm awake cos of the rattling, that wasn't you?"

"Nah! it woke me up!"

"Oh..." Laurance get up out of bed and walks down the hall way. he comes back a few minutes later. the rattling has mysteriously stopped...

"Oh you stopped it?"

"No i don't know what was making it. it just stopped."

"Oh well. its 3 am I'm gonna go back to sleep."

"Ok night." he re shuts the curtain and we go back to sleep.

*LATER THAT MORNING*

I re wake up. No rattling this time. Hmm wander what was making it... The nurse comes over to check how i've been, wether i need more medication or not, but I'm fine.

"Um excuse me, but do you know what that rattling was last night?"

"Humm? Oh it must have been the pipes or something, i'll get someone more qualified to take a look later. you may feel a slight pinch now." she jabs a needle into my arm,

"owow!" I cry.

"Oops sorry!"

"Can i go see Garroth today?" i ask rubbing my arm.

"I should think so, we'll need to get a wheel chair. you still seem limp."

"Yeah i can't stand well."

"Ok we'll take you when we know he has woken."

"Oh ok!" I smile at her and she leaves the room. I reach to open the curtain next to me to check if Laurance is awake, of course he is, He's sat there with a bowl of cereal, eating.

"Oh hey! Morning Aph!"

"LAURANCE!!" I squeal, sit up in bed.

"Wha- Whats wrong!?"

"I can go see Garroth! Finally!"

"Oh thats great!!"

"isn't it! I can't wait!" I beam at him.

"When are you going?"

"When he wakes up!"

"Aww Yeay!" he smiles at me and continues eating. i lye back down and smile.

Garroth's POV

When i wake up a nurse comes into the room. Instead of my oxygen mask i have tubes around my head going up my nose... Heh a change...

"Hello Garroth." I look at her.

She continues "We have a visitor for you." My eyes light up, Maybe its Aphmau! I quickly sit up in bed.

A porter walks in with Aphmau on a wheel chair, she has a oxygen mask and her face lights up the room.

"Aph!" I gasp as the porter moves her chair up next to the bed.

"Garroth! You don't know how long I've been waiting to see you! They wouldn't let me after i'd fainted, they said i was too weak."

"We all know your not weak Aph" i smile at her, she takes off her mask. The nurses leave the room.

"I hope your alright, its all my fault your in this state!"

"No no no! Its not your fault."

'But it is.. If i would have listened. you wouldn't have got hurt."

"but then i wouldn't be here with you..." i lean over and kiss her. Theres a awing coming from the corridor and i look out side to see nurses looking through the window. Aphmau laughs and i join in, The nurses all flee away to their jobs.

The doctor enters the room.

"Hello, i have some news."

"Yes..." I look at him worried.

"It seems when we took Aphmau for a scan." I look at Aphmau and she looks back clueless. "we can see something."

"What? What is it?" I put my hand out and she takes hold of it.

"Aphmau... is there any chance you could be Pregnant?"

"P-p-pregnant.... i-i don't know... possibly"

"Because we think we can see, a baby..."

"W-wait! a baby!" I look at Aphmau, i smile cracks across my face. She looks back at me, she's clearly already beaming with joy.

"How ever we must take Aphmau for a Ultra sound."

"Um ok! Sure!" a porter enters the room. "We will bring her back afterwards, to confirm."

"Ok Thank you!" The porter takes aphmau away and I'm left on the bed beaming, but also a little scared, it might not be a baby...
