I Couldn't Help But Write This (Part 2)

We open in Carly's home, where we see her on all fours as tears pour out of her eyes. Sparky kneels next to her and tries to comfort her

Sparky: Carly, please-

Carly: How did he die? What happened?

Sparky: Ah, kiddo...

Carly: Tell me everything.

Sparky: He- I know this sounds crazy, but...He was crushed by a giant...Robot.

Carly wipes her tears away and slowly looks at Sparky

Carly: What?

Sparky: There's no other way to put it. It grabbed him and just-

Carly quickly grabbed hold of Sparky's chest and looked at him with fear

Carly: What did it look like?

Sparky: I-

Carly: Was it red? And grey? Did it turn into a plane?

Sparky's eyes widen at Carly's questions. 

Sparky: Carly, what do you know?! What did you see?!

Carly removes her hands from Sparky's chest and looks at her own hands as they begin to shake in fear

Carly: I saw him, I saw him wake up and-

Sparky: Were you with Spoke? Is my boy okay?!

Carly: He-

Before Carly can answer, a giant metal bird, the same one from the previous chapter, bursts through the wall and lets out a loud screech. It goes to attack Carly, but Sparky quickly aims his rifle and begins firing at the bird

Sparky: Get behind me!

Carly quickly runs behind Sparky as he continues firing bullets at the gigantic robot bird. But the bird bites onto Sparky's shoulder and tosses him onto the other side of the living room

Carly quickly runs back to a corner as the bird approaches her

Carly: (Scared) G-Get back! 

The bird raises his head and readies to strike at Carly before-

???: You heard the lady!

Carly turns to the side only to see Cliffjumper and Y/N rushing inside the house and bashing into the metal bird

Cliffjumper: Back up, Laser-Freak!

Y/N then kicks the bird away, causing it to crash into the kitchen

Y/N: And stay down!

Y/N and Cliffjumper then look at Carly, who looks at the two Autobots, confused

Carly: Cliffjumper? Y/N?

Cliffjumper: We saw you driving away, and...We just wanted to make sure you were good.

Y/N: Honestly, glad we did. Or else you would've been-
