Chapter 8

Alexandra POV

"And the winner is... TIGER!!!! Yelled the announcer as very one began cheering, I smiled at everyone and jumped off the fighting ring.

I limped to the locker area to get my belongings, i put my gloves into my bag and slung it over my shoulder.

"Well..well if it isn't tiger"

I turn around to face a middle aged man maybe in his late 30s with a evil grin and a mischievous look in his eyes.

"You know I lost a lot of money" he says coming towards me.

" aaaand.... Why are you telling me this" I say confusingly.

" because your the reason why" he says taking another step close so that he was about a metre away from me.

" well it's not my fault that your fighters suck and that I beat the shit out of them" I say putting a hand on my hip.

" why you you little......"

He comes forward and tries to punch me but I quickly dodge it and and punch him right in on his jaw making a cracking noise.

He looks at with so much anger that I could practically see the steam coming out of his ears.

He quickly jumps on top of me sending punches repeatedly on my face. I brought up my nee and hit his nuts. He lets out a groan and falls off me. I get up to try to kick him but it was too late he had got up before me and now has his hands around my neck.

" look whose losing now" he says tightening his grip around neck.

I can't loose to this man who now has his hands wrapped around my neck. I think fast and as he moves his head closer to mine I quickly hit my head against his and he lets go holding his head.

I kick him in the nuts again so that he doesn't run after me.

" I will not kill you....yet, I will make you suffer and I will ruin your life" he's says with venom lingering on each and every word.

I walk out of the locker rooms and head home.

AT HOME

As I get home I see tony sleeping on the couch with his feet hanging out.

I limp to my room and head straight to bathroom to have a nice warm shower.

As I get out of the shower I wrap my body with a towel and look in the mirror.

I looked horrible, I had a huge black eye, bruises around my neck from when that man tried to choke me I also had bruised lips and little bruises all over my body.

After examining my body i quickly get changed into a tank top and shorts.

I put my hair into a messy bun and turn
on my alarm for school.

THE NEXT DAY

I wake up still feeling really tired and sore from yesterday.

I get out off my bed and head into the bathroom.

I get dressed in a maroon long sleeved dress that comes up to my nee'd and made sure that I wore black stockings/tights under so that no one could see my bruised legs.

I put in a bit of make up only to cover up the bruises on my face, I put on my glasses and bag and head down to the kitchen.

On the kitchen bench is a plate of fresh banana bread and a mug of coffee and a note saying.

Dear Alexandra
Morning, hope you like banana bread, made them fresh. Sorry I'm not home I have a few jobs and errands to do and i won't be home till late have fun at school. Xox, TONY

I quickly eat my banana bread which was surprisingly good and chugged down all my coffee.

As I arrive to school I enter the doors and realise that I'm late too class.

" shit" I mutter, I quickly head on over to the girls changing rooms and start to change into my gym clothes.

Luckily I was late , I don't want anyone seeing my bruises and scars on my body and getting suspicious.

Damons POV ( YAY)

I enter the schools doors knowing that I'm late, as I head to my first class I pass the girls changing room.

I saw that nerd getting changed and i was shocked, damn her body was perfect but it wasn't that,that one as shocked about, it was the bruises all over body.

How can she get so many bruises, maybe she has abusive parents or something like that, I thought as i make my way to class.

On a serious note if you ever see someone who looks hurt or has bruises or anything like that and you assume something bad is going on. It may not be your business but let someone know for the persons safety. Because ANY abuse is not right and should be stopped.
