The ocean. The ocean is what I heard when I awoke.

"Help him!"

I opened my eyes to see a boy drowning in water. My body groaned in pain but I ignored it to rescue the child.

"Stop your blubbering." I said.

I grasped his hand and pulled him to shore.

"Thank you so much!"

I saw a woman looking down at me.

"Mommy!"

"Ina!"

They hugged as I watched. Then the woman turned to me.

"Hi...I'm Tsunami. This is my little boy Inari."

"I'm not that little!" Inari said.

"Would you like to meet my father?" Tsunami asked.

"...Whatever." I muttered.

One Year Later

"Goodbye everyone. I'll miss you." I said.

"We will miss you too Roxas." Tsunami's mind was raging with thoughts. She was going to miss who she considered a son.

"You better catch him before he leaves." whispered Tsunami.

"What do you-"

"We know about you consider him as a brother so you better hurry. Or would you want him never to return?" Asked Tazuna.

Inari ran to catch up before I left.

"Roxas!"

"Wha-" He cut me off with a hug.

"Please come back big bro."

"Thank you Inari. I'll return. I promise."

As I walked from Wave, I went to the closest village Konoha. I still had a hard time believe that I was in the Naruto world. Even after a year. Though some things are different. Well after a week I saw the gates of Konoha. I went to the men guarding the gates.

"Who are you?" Guard 1 asked.

"Roxas Kingdom."

"Oh shit." said Guard 2.

Guard 1 said, "I am Izumo Kamizuki and this is my friend Kotetsu Hagane."

"Thank you. May I pass?

"Huh? Oh! Yeah.

As I walked into the village they started to talk.

"He's one of the strongest people in the world!" Kotetsu whispered.

"I know!"

Three Minutes Later

After reaching the Hokage's office. He asked me to sit.

"What can I do for you...Shadow?

"You know who I am. Good, this makes things simpler."

"I agree."

"I'd like to become a ninja."

"Why?"

"To protect those precious to me."

"Hmmm....I guess it would be greatly beneficial to have The Shadow in our ranks, so yes."

"Thank you."

"Tomorrow go to the Academy. Even if you can take me down in a fight it is mandatory. It is in the center of Konoha so you can't miss it. Here are the key to your apartment."

I took the keys and said, "Yes sir." I took out a cigarette and a lighter. I lit the cigarette and took a deep drag as I walked away putting the lighter in my cloak.

"He smokes? He'll get along just fine with my son and I." Sarutobi chucked as he smoked his pipe.

Then he realized something.

"Wait a minute...he's eleven and smoking?!"
