(Still Bethany POV)

"So he's sorry, right?"I asked a little angry.

"Ya, he should be," Zoey replied.

"He's not?" I asked all of a sudden.

"Huh? Oh, no, he's is,"

"So........ok?,"

"Never mind," Zoey murmured.

I didn't like her tone.

Well, I'm gonna go finish my homework, she said walking out. Danger followed her. I was half tempted to stick out my tongue but bit it back. She shut the door behind her.

It wasn't fair! Why does she...have...HAVE A BETTER LIFE THAN ME?!

I punched my pillow. I might be over reacting but she had Palmer. My Palmer. He almost kissed me until he found out how COOL Zoey was.

She has everything, gets everything AND ITS JUST NOT FAIR. I pulled my hair as hard as I could. I SHOULD BE GETTING THIS STUFF, NOT HER!

You know what! S-She doesn't even deserve to LIVE with us. Ya. She should get thrown into the orphanage! That'd teach her a lesson. And with her gone, Palmer would focus more on ME. But Mom and Dad would NEVER allow.

THEY LOVE HER JUST LIKE THEIR OWN.

Hmmmmmmmmm. How can I get rid of her, how can I get rid of Zoey....

--ZOEY POV-----

I went downstairs and finished up my homework.

It wasn't THAT hard. All it was, was reading a chapter from a book I got from English called Where the Red Fern Grows. The whole class is already at the end, so I'm pretty much forced to read the saddest part.

When Billy's dog, Little Ann, is so sad that Old Dan (Billy's other dog who died saving his life) died, she dies too. It was just enough for me to slip a tear.

Well, anyway, I had to get some easy math done, like adding and subtracting. My math teacher still needs to know if I am capable of doing it. In science, I have to read a chapter in my Science book, no homework! And lastly, in Social Studies....NOTHINGS ASSIGNED! Woooohoooo!

I finished up around five. Beth's parents would be home anytime now. Speaking of Bethany, I really hope Palmer, me, and Bethany are all friends now. Bethany defiantly is still friends with me. Palmer, eh, shaky, but he'll come around, and same with me, I can't be mean to him forever....hehe. I still can't believe he actually likes me! I giggled at the thought.

"What's so funny?"came a voice. It was Mrs. Gable.

"Oh, nothing,;" I said grinning.

"Ok, well, I have takeout for your first day of school!"

"What did ya get?"I asked hesitantly.

"Chinese,"

I nodded. I picked up my folders and shoved them into my backpack, on the floor, right by me.

I zipped it up and picked it up. I brought it to the front door.

I might as well tell Bethany that we have Chinese. I climbed up the stairs and headed towards her room. The door was still shut so I rapped on the door.

"Bethany, your mom has Chineseeee!" I said.

"Be down in a sec, you can start without me,"

"Whatever you say," I said shrugging.

I walked back down the stairs and told her mom.

--BETHANY POV---

I have a plan. It is perfect. It must work. No.......it WILL work, ya. I evilly grinned.
