Claire's POV
"Well I wanted to know if you would go on a date with me." I was completely shocked by this I know we cuddled last night but I never thought he would like me.
"S-sure." I stuttered out. I was completely nervous not because of my feelings for him but because this is all kind of of new to me. I was never really the dating person at my school. I would always hang out with my friends and boys really never crossed my mind.
He smiled at me and I couldn't help but smile back. Every time he smiled it seemed to help calm nerves. We left the panel and headed to lunch. We went to a Chinese restaurant that was a few blocks away from the convention. We all couldn't fit into one cab so we split up in three. I must had bad luck because we had to share one with Andy.
TIME SKIP
We had arrived at the restaurant and waited for Jammies and Jason's cab to arrive. While we waited Darelle came and stood by my side. I heard Andy groan from behind us but I just ignored him. I could feel Darelle stiffen beside me so I grabbed his hand so he would relax. We waited for a few minutes when Jammies cab finally arrived. She stepped out with Nick and Victoria followed behind her. I could tell she was upset by the look on her face. I looked behind her to see Nick and Victoria standing a few inches apart. Jammie walked towards me and Darelle. I couldn't help but give her a hug.
"Thanks Claire your a great friend."
"Don't worry about him he will come to his senses soon."
"Okay whatever you say." I could tell she was still up set but she let go of me and stood on the other side of me. Jason's cab finally arrived and we all entered the restaurant. I took a while to get seated for a little place it was really busy. When we all ordered we spoke about what we wanted to do tomorrow. It was Jammies birthday tomorrow so we needed Nick to distract her but he seemed pretty distracted by Victoria.
"Hey Victoria can I speak to for a sec."
"Sure." She followed me to the bathroom. I checked the stales to make sure we were alone.
"So what is it."
"Well tomorrow is Jammies birthday and we Nick to distract her for a bit."
"Okay and why did you need to talk to me."
"Well the thing we need him to do is ask her on a date."
"Oh Okay that's cool with me we just meet."
"Okay I just wanted to tell you so you don't wonder why he is asking her out."
"Okay I completely understand."
We headed back to the table with our friends our food had arrived already so we sat down and ate. We needed Nick to ask before we all left so I gave him the code word so he knew it was time.
Nicks POV
I heard Claire say the code word so I knew it was time for me to ask Jammie out.
"Hey Jammie I was wondering something."
She turned to look at me. "Sure what is it."
"Well I wanted to know if you would go on a date with me tomorrow." I gave her a sly wink so she understood that this was for her to get away from everyone.
Jammies POV
He asked me out I was shocked and I felt really happy but then I saw him give me a sly wink so in knew it was to get me away from the others so I could look for an apartment. I could feel my heart start to break when I realized he didn't want to go on a date with me it was just to help me out.
"U-umm-m su-r-re." I managed to stutter out. He gave me a small smile then went back to eating his food. I looked down at my plate and wasn't that hungry anymore. I looked at Claire and she gave me a smile telling me that she was right but she didn't know what was actually going on so I just smiled back and sat there quietly while everyone else talked.
