Fat? (Xiuhan fan fiction)

Debut

As the week passed it had finally become time for EXO to debut with their song Mama, and before they went up on stage, everyone was very nervous, already sweating even though they hadn't done anything yet.

"EXO, get ready to go on stage" a staff member says, yelling into EXO's changing room.

EXO-M and EXO-K were performing because not until later would EXO-M be flying all the way over to China.

Once the group before them were done, EXO all slowly walked onto the stage, getting in their starting position and they could already hear the fans cheering in the crowd which made some of the members smile, but once stopped smiling when they realized they were on stage and needed to focus.

"Careless, careless, shoot anonymous, anonymous, heartless, mindless, no one care about me..." As the music started everyone started dancing, but since this was the EXO-K song, the EXO-K members got more spotlight than the EXO-M members.

Once they were done their performance cheers came from left and right, cheering for EXO and all the boys were overwhelmed with happiness.

As everyone got off stage they could still hear cheering coming from the crowd and everyone started freaking out with how popular they were and how much the fans liked them.

"Do you hear them, they're going crazy!" Luhan exclaims in a smile, wrapping his arm around Xiumin's shoulder and Xiumin nodded, agreeing.

It was like he had forgot about all his problems for a split second because he was comforted by the cheers of his fans.

Xiumin ended up smiling to himself the whole time backstage, just thinking about how his fans made him forget about all his worries and troubles, silently thanking them in his head because he was pleased.

The next day came and both EXO-M and EXO-K members were doing a fan signing together at a local mall and a ton of fans showed up, almost crowding all over the mall.

Luhan couldn't help but chuckle to himself and since Xiumin was sitting right next to Luhan as he smiled at him and asks "do you feel like a celebrity now?"

Luhan smiled back as he nodded and Xiumin wanted to kiss Luhan right then and there with how adorable he was, but he knew he couldn't because the fans were around.

The fans were giving Xiumin positive enegergy and it was putting him in the happiest mood.

Sehun always wanted to confront Xiumin about being too close to Luhan, but he never got the chance because their schedule was so packed.

As the week passed with performances and fan signings, it was time for the EXO-M members to have their first concert in China and Xiumin was very nervous.

"You're leaving now?" Suho asks in a pout, looking at all the EXO-M members and they nod, bowing as they said goodbye.

Once the EXO-M members headed off for China, Sehun was the one who was most depressed because he couldn't see Luhan, but Luhan wasn't depressed at all because he was with Xiumin.

As EXO-M performed their first concert in China, the Chinese fans as well gave a good reaction to them and they started cheering for them, louder and louder.

Once the EXO-M members got off stage, Luhan exclaims "now we even have Chinese fans, what if we get fans from all over the world, we'll become global stars!"

"Don't think too far Luhan, not all groups make it...but you're right we now do have Chinese fans" Lay says in a smile and with that the whole group went to an apartment where they'd be staying for a couple days before they flew back to Korea.

As EXO-M was in China they were doing performances and fan signings nonstop and ended up staying longer than expected, doing shows as well they stayed for a couple of months before coming back.

Once EXO-M came back to Korea, it was a couple months into their debut and everyone was already crazy for EXO, with them having fans from left and right.

In the time span of EXO debuting fans had made chat rooms, websites and so forth supporting the group which all the members liked but there were some hate comments coming from people.

As the EXO-M members got back to the dorm, the EXO-K members greeted them all in a warm hug, and surprisingly even Sehun hugged Xiumin.

Xiumin gave Sehun a surprised yet confused look and Sehun could tell the look Xiumin was giving him and explains "I'm sorry hyung...when we were trainee's I was being immature...you're not fat."

As Sehun had said that, it was like Xiumin couldn't believe what he was hearing, he was surprised and felt like he was about to burst into tears with Sehun's generous words.

As all the members went out to eat at a restaurant, Xiumin wasn't like how he was last time, he was happier and ate everything on his plate, laughing and talking with the other members, yet it was also hard to eat because everyone was staring at them since they were so popular.

When the members all got back to dorm, Luhan and Xiumin went back into their room and Luhan gave out a huge sigh, saying "man it's been a long time since we've come in here..." Which Xiumin only agreed too but then stared at the full body mirror he always cried in front of before their debut and thought back to it, but then shook his head.

As Xiumin then got into bed, about to fall asleep he pulled out his phone and was checking SNS, some of the updates their fans had made about them on the fan café and on various other websites.

As Xiumin was scrolling down with a smile on his face, he then started to see hate comments being made on the chat and on other websites, talking about how Xiumin was fat and that he should lose weight.

Once Xiumin saw these comments, his eyes opened wider and he started shaking. He knew he'd have haters but the last thing he wanted was for those haters to talk about his weight, and the Korean fans didn't really like EXO-M (true fact) so they started bashing on some of the members, and with Xiumin, they started making fun of his weight saying he should be skinnier if he wanted to be an idol.

Xiumin didn't know what to do...he was scared that the Korean fans didn't like him and that was the last thing he wanted. He didn't want to disappoint them and tears started to form into his eyes as he read the comments being said about him.

The next day was a fan signing and as all the members were sitting in one long row, waiting for their fans to come to them in a line.

As everyone went to their favorite member, Xiumin had noticed his line was the shortest with the least fans and started biting his bottom lip.

He realized the EXO-K members had the most fans but even in his own group Kris was very popular in Korea as well.

Once the fan signing was done, they went back to the dorm to relax but Xiumin couldn't help but think about 'his fans' and then remembering the hate comments about him.

He couldn't help but look down on himself and now for sure thought "I really am fat...aren't I...I'm an embracement to this group..."

I just wanted to point out that yes it was a fact that the Korean fans favored EXO-K more than EXO-M back then. I'm not too sure about now but I know back then the Korean fans liked EXO-K more. I don't know why, maybe they thought they were better looking or maybe they were just more used to them because EXO-M went to China and perform there, but whatever the reason was, in Korea EXO-K was favored more, but I'm pretty sure Korea likes both groups now as a whole...now I don't even know if there is an EXO-K and EXO-M anymore...is there? Because even though they still make a Mandarin version of their new songs, the EXO-K members are singing the songs as well, so it's more like...EXO's just a full group now, right? And I just wanted to apologize for not making this chapter longer, it's because something happened and i had to stop halfway...I'm really sorry (my sister happened -.-') Anyway, this chapter wasn't so upsetting but the next one will probably be upsetting and I MIGHT fast forward a little bit because in real life it got worse when they were in their wolf era. ALSO, please don't misunderstand. I'm not going by what actually happened in real life because EXO-M didn't debut in China with 'Mama' I'm pretty sure their debut song in China was 'What is love' or something like that, so I'm just telling you, I'm not going by how it actually happened.
