teacher: hello [we all laugh] Lee: I'm the first flying yoga male instructor Lee-Sung-young all: wow [we all clap, then we show us some more poses, then after we started explain us how he got his muscle, then we started telling us what to do first, we all went to our hammocks. You sat down and started to swing in it while waiting for Lee show you what to do] Lee: we are going to safely warm up on the floor first and then slowly go up in order Y/n: all alright Lee: stretch out your legs in front and shake them [we all did what he said]
Suga: it's already not easy for me to stretch my legs out RM: same here Suga: my hamstrings are way too short Jin: me too that's why I'm leaning back Y/n: that's because your old all: hey Y/n: I said what I said Lee: then spread your hammock out with both hands to your shoulder width, press down your shoulders and straighten up your spine [we all do it] Lee: and from there we're going to pull your toes in and push your heels out [we all do it and the boys started to scream of pain] Y/n: boys [you shake your head, then Lee show us some more things to do] Jhope: isn't it this Jimin: oh, Jhope, your pose is something else Jhope: it's pretty sexy Lee: send it towards the mirror [we all follow till we hear Jin voice]

Y/n: wow I like this hey can from now you guys can take a picture of every pose I do I need to show this staff: okay we can do it with your phone Y/n: yes please [they gave you the okay, then we all got down and listen to Lee instructions] Y/n: the spilt I'm ready [you do it on your own] Y/n: I did it all: what [they turn to look at you] Lee: that's great Y/n: thank you all: how Y/n: being young all: hey [the staff came and took some pictures, then Lee started showing us more poses, then we took a break]

[Lee started teaching a pose, then we all do the pose together] Jin: why am I spinning [then we do it again] Jin: why do I keep on spinning [the staff gave us some water for us to drink] staff: we are thinking about taking a best picture for each of you now [we went to see the samples that they had for us] Y/n: I want to do the split staff: well we have a picture of you doing that so if you want you can try the rest Y/n: that sounds good for me
