Mission trip PT 4

March 13, 2024

Outfit 

[we woke up at 7 got dressed] Krista: are we doing bible study today Y/n: nope 

Krista: okay [we got on the van and went to the house to eat some food after we went to the meeting point] 

leader: okay guys I'm going to explain what we are going to do Todd, you will follow us to the trail then each one you are going to get the tools all: okay 

[we got on the van and follow them then we got down] leader: ready all: yes, the guys went to the front while us girls stay behind] 

leader: be careful there's water [you jump over] Sierra: I got my shoes wet [we continue] Y/n: wow this is a narrow path Krista: it is 

[we made it to the first stop] leader: okay guys need to cut some branches and once we finish, we sat down]

guy: you know you should be in front of me so just in case I fall I can grab your 2 braids [you just look at the man with no emotion and Brandon got closer to you] leader: time to move up 

[we started to walk] Sierra: that was creepy Jeremy: it was don't worry I got this 

Y/n: I'm not wearing braids tomorrow just one Sierra: good idea [then we stop for our lunch break, but we just ate some snacks]

Laurna: the cousins for sure are liking this Y/n: yep, I'm not getting close to the tool 

Laurna: what is that Y/n: it's for to cut down the trees Laurna: ah [then we cut some branches, and pick up trash then we were done around 3 clocks] 

Todd: okay we are going to the church, and they are making dinner for us 

[we got on the van and went to church and got down] Krista: are you going to the restroom 

Y/n: yes Krista: I'm going with you [we went to the restroom and did our business 

[the food was ready ate some food then we went to the other room for the service to start] 

[after service we to some people] Jeremy: nice meeting you [he shakes our hand then he was going to do the same thing to Dylan but stop] 

Jeremy: sorry I can't touch minor [we just laugh, then we got on the van and went to the church building we're staying]

Todd: okay guys in 30 minutes I'm going to Walmart if any of you want to come 

all: okay [us girls go to the room] Laurna: are you going to Walmart Y/n: yes Krista: same 

[then we got on the van to go to Walmart] Laurna: I'm going to get some things 

all: okay [Krista and I went to the chips section and you both got your favorite chips then you went to the clothes section] Y/n: strawberry shortcake 

[you got 2 shirts for your mom and you then you pay for it and waited for Todd, after we got on the van and went to the church building, you shower, got dressed, eat your chips, and fell asleep]

March 14, 2024

Outfit

[we woke up at 8 since we don't have service work till 10, once we were ready Todd got some breakfast and went to the meeting point] 

Leader: okay so today we are going to the Appalachian trail we are not doing the whole trail since we already did some, but one group is going to start at the halfway point and the other is going to start at the end okay 

all: okay [we got on the van and follow them; we drop of half of the people then we went to the other side]

Todd: I'm going to stay here, and Y/n can with you is that fine leader: that's fine [on the trail you both were small talk and cutting small branches, but it wasn't too much] 

leader: so how old are you Y/n: 20 [we stop since the other group is going to meet us] 

leader: wow you're young [then the group met us] leader: okay guys we are going to meet at the street so Todd can get them 

[we walk to the street and saw Todd there] Todd: hey guys is it fine we can take a group picture with you 

leader: it's fine [we took a group picture] guy: today you don't have your braids 

all: huh [you just move away and got on the van we went up to the parking lot to give out snacks to the hikers]

Daymon: Todd is it fine if we walk around Todd: sure, we are going to be here for an hour 

all: okay [us girls go to the top then come down and give snacks] guy: yea I'm from Australia and I love hiking in my Cros 

Y/n: this is the first time I see someone hike in Cros [they sat down on the chairs that we brough and we just talk to them and then they left] 

Todd: okay one Daymon and his cousin come we take a group picture then we go to Cherokee 

all: okay [once they got back, we took a picture and got on the van and went to the meeting point so Jeremy can get his car and went to the town]

[we went to stores got a magnet, keychain, and pin then we went to another and you got a North Carolina shirt for $10] 

Y/n: nice [we went back to the van and saw Daymon with his pant tore] Krista: what happen 

Daymon: I was running to cross the street and I fell [we just laugh we were just standing there but we saw Laurna dog sitting in the driver seat of Jeremy's car]

Jeremy: I know I complained about him, but I didn't know you taught him how to drive 

[we just laugh took pictures and video then we went to eat at Bojangles, we went back did our bible study, shower, and went to sleep. 

The next day we got up early to shower, get dressed and clean the building and put away our stuff in the van. It took us 2 days to go back to Huntsville]
