I wake up panting as memories of my mother flash threw my head. My hair is messed u from thrashing around. I turn to my wooden shelf and snatch the bracelet that Rosey gave me yesterday and hold it close to my heart.

"How could you be gone mother? I miss you." I say the bracelet still close to my heart.

Then a thought runs threw my head.

" A smart mother like you could never be dead. Only lost." I say under my breath. My heart still races from the nightmares that haunt me. All of a sudden, my hand loses grip of the bracelet as it drops to the floor. The thumping sound echos threw my brain as the room starts to spin.

"Wh-Whats happening." I say as I slowly fall back on to my pillow closing my eyes. As I open my eyes, I am standing in front of the wall. My hand is placed on the wall it self. I hear people screaming my name.

"Anabella get away from that wall!" My father screams. I run my fingers down the wall until my hand drops. I turn around to see Arlo and father running towards me. My eyes widen as they speed up. I turn back around to look for a way out when I crash in to someones chest. I pull away to see mother with scars running across her face. My eyes start to fill with tears. Her eyes are bright read and has a bruised neck that form in the shape of fingers. I let the tears slip from my eyes as she places her hands on my shoulders. I turn and look behind me to see Arlo and father still running towards us. Mother turns me around as her eyes are filled with tears.

"Anabella get out of here! Don't let them keep you here! You will forget who you are and all your memories! Get out of here! Their going to kill me and you! Come to--" Her voice trails off. Her eyes pop out of her head as if someone has locked their fingers around her throat. She drops to the ground coughing on her words.

"Mother!" I scream the tears running down my face like a waterfall.I drop to the ground as I shake her into waking up.

"Mum! Wake up! To where!" I say rubbing the marks on her throat.

"To the other side." She says as she takes in her last breath.

"Mum!!" I scream as I keep sobbing. I fell a shadow block out the sunlight on my back. I look up to see Arlo holding a knife and father holding a pan.

"Arlo, Father! Mother shes—" I look down to see grass.

"Mum !" I say panicking.

"Oh Anabella, you look so helpless." Arlo says lifting up the knife. My dad raises his pan but my brother pulls it down.

"I got her." He says an evil smile on his face. I back up my eyes as wide as they could ever be.

"Arlo—" I say shaking.

"Please, do not do this." I say my back crashing into the wall.

"Oh Anabella, you see, your not like us and I am afraid you know too much. You were so close with mother, anything you ever dreamed of her you would believe. Anabella, your dreaming, so everything she said to you was a dream too. Now Anabella, WAKE UP!" Arlo yells lifting up the knife at throwing it into my head. I wake up screaming as my brother Arlo is trying to shake me awake.

"YOU! ARLO YOU KILLED ME! HOW COULD YOU EVER –" I begin but he cuts me off.

"ANNABELLA! It was a dream. It wasn't real." He says his hands on my shoulders in the same place mothers hands were placed. I pull his hands off of my shoulders and push him away.

"Get out of my room." I say getting up.

"But Anabella, father made—" He begins, but then, I cut him off.

"I do not care A. Now,get out of my room and my name is Ann!" I say pushing him out and closing the door. I walk over to my closet as I pick out a brown patched up dress. I slip the dress on and look in the mirror.

'Come to the other side.' My head spins as I try to figure out what she meant. The other side of what? The house? The town? The wall.

'Come to the other side of the wall.'
