"I didn't think it was going to end this way" I tell Jennifer as we walk out of work and on our way to my house.
"Maybe it was for the best Star, he wasn't worth it." Jennifer says as she takes out a cig from her box and lights it.
"You should quit that shit Jen that shits bad for you." I say
" I'll quit when Michael Clifford becomes my boyfriend." She snorts. Putting the cig out as we walk into my house.
I was dating Joe for about 2 years until he broke up with me for another bitch that used to work at my job. It was hard for me because he was the first person I ever loved, or so I think I loved. Now I just hated with a passion I wanted him dead. That's how bad I wanted him to be out of my life.
"Stop overthinking it and let's get ready for tonight!" Jen says jumping onto my bed. Today was our 5SOS and Hey Violet concert and of course Jen had the hookup and got us M&G tickets. "Tonight is the night we forget about boys and fuck shit up." Jen says getting off the bed and heading towards the bathroom.
* 2 hours later *
After spending about 3 hours at home getting ready for the concert we head out. I'm wearing high waisted shorts, a flannel sleeveless top and a fedora with my hair in loose curls. Jen is wearing a her favorite outfit a black romper with her purple hair to the side with curls of course. As we walk out my whole day crumbles down and makes me wanna break out in tears.
" Fuck are you doing here Joe?" Jen spat as she pushes me back and takes out her cigs and lights one.
" I'm here to talk to Star not you. So get the fuck out the way." Joe says pushing her out the way and starts walking towards me. " Listen babe, I know I did wrong but please give me another chance. You're my world, my everything and I can't live with out you." Joe says standing so close to me I can practically kiss him if I wanted to. I'm left speechless, I try to move away but he grabs my wrists and with anger starts to yell "I FUCKING TOLD YOU I DID WRONG NOW GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE STAR." I'm practically shaking. Never have I seen him this angry before. Jen steps behind him and pulls him back as I'm jolted to the floor.
"LEAVE HER THE FUCK ALONE YOU FUCKING DICK." Jen grabs me and throws me the keys and she kicks Joe in the ribs and runs to her car and hops in as we drive off.
