"I need to hide." I say getting up from my seat.
"Why what's wrong, is everything okay?" Casey says getting up with me and following me to the back of the restaurant.
"No! My ex Joe is here and he's with his new girlfriend and we just fought like a couple hours ago." I say so fast I couldn't catch a breath.
"Woah woah woah! Take a breather love, nobody is going to hurt you. We're all here together today nothing bad is going to happen. Just relax and give me your hand." Casey says holding my hand, as we are walking back to our table I see that Joe and Kristy are sitting right next to our table and clearly Kristy is enjoying it. I just want to go over there and beat the fuck out of her. As I sit down I see Joe and Jen get up from their seats. Joe gives me a dirty look and walks away to get food while Jen goes over to Joe's table. Before I have a chance to say anything I see Jen swing at Kristy and knock her to the floor. "That's for being a whore and messing with my best friends boyfriend."
"Jennifer what did you just do!" I say pulling her back to her seat.
" I have that bitch what she deserved, a taste of her own medicine!" Jen says
" Wow you're a tough one aren't you." Michael says to Jen.
"One of the toughest." Jen says laughing and giving Michael a wink before popping a grape into her mouth.
" We should get going if we're done eating." Luke says getting up and taking out a couple bucks and leaving them on the table.
" I couldn't agree more! This place is so tacky and smells like old people." Miranda says grabbing her purse and walking out before any of us get up from the table.
" This place is so tacky and smells like old people." Jen and I say in unison and laugh, as we walk out the buffet and heading into the bands cars. I see Michael and Jen together in the passenger seat and decide to take a low key picture and post it on Twitter. As I take out my phone to take the picture I see 20 missed calls from Joe and 7 texts saying the same thing over and over again. "Forgive me please." I sigh and lock my phone and hop into the van.
" What's wrong love, you seemed troubled." Casey says as he sits next to me.
"Nothing it's just my ex the one that we say at the buffet he's blowing up my phone and I'm tired of dealing with him I wish there was a way he would just leave me alone!" I say putting my hands to my face. I felt like I wanted to cry but I didn't. I held it in, because I wasn't going to cry and make a scene. I came here to have a great time.
"Hey now; no need to get upset. Let me see your phone. I'm going to make it all better." Casey say as I hand him over my phone.
" What are you going to do?" I say getting a bit worried.
" You'll see." Casey says smiling. I see him dial a number, and he quickly puts the phone to his ear. "Hello Joe this is Casey, stars new boyfriend."
