Finding the Daddy

Chapter 3

Tessa's point of view  (skip a month,so Riker and Tessa met again a month ago)

I shot up today because I was so excited to Riker. I need to get ready as fast as I can I thought to myself. I got up and started getting ready for the day. I made sure to wear something really comfortable. I finally picked out the perfect outfit. I did my hygiene routine like always and got dressed. I went down stairs and ate some breakfast. Once I was done Riker texted me and said that he was on his way and I texted him back saying leaving right now. I left a note for Olivia that's said I was doing something with Riker today and to no bother me.

I drove over to Starbucks and I entered the coffee shop. I looked around and I found Riker at a table. I walked up to him and said "hi." Making him look up from his phone. "Oh hey" he said smiling. " I got you your coffee already." "Aw thanks." " your welcome." I sat across from Riker and we talked for quite a while.

"Okay Riker, I have to tell you something and just to make sure you know." "Okay what is it you can tell me anything." "Ok...so if you have no figured out yet I am pregnant." "I know I just did not want to bring it up if you were no comfortable talking about it." Aww he so sweet.  "Thank you but you can ask me anything to."

"Do you know the gender of the baby." "Yes I do,it's a boy." "That's awesome you are going to have a son." "I know I am really happy to." "I'm glad." "Thank you."

I smiled at Riker and he smiled back. "I love your smile." I blushed and said "why thank you,I love yours to."

"You don't have a boyfriend do you." "No I do not." Riker reached over and grabbed my hands in his and caressing them with his thumbs. "I understand if you say no to the question I am about to ask you because you have a baby and everything and you don't know who is the baby's father is,but Tessa would you be my girlfriend." "Riker,I would love to be your girlfriend." "Thank you." "For what." "For saying yes." "I would never say no."

Riker hugged and took my hand in his and we left. "I want to take you somewhere is that okay." "Fine by me" I said smiling. We got in Rikers car and we drove off somewhere.

We stopped by the park and parked. If you looked the way we parked the ocean was right there and to our backs was the playground.

We were on the swings for a little and Riker showed off by climbing all over the money bars and doing tricks off of them.I giggled as he landed after doing all of that. "Yay,yay" I cheered because he was so good. I ran up and hugged him.

We got back in his car and we just sat there for a second. Then Riker turned to me and said "you know you are very beautiful." I giggled and blushed "why thank you kind sir,you are very handsome.

"Hey can anyone see through your windshield." "Nope when people look in they can't see anything but we can see them." "Oh,ok." "But,why." "Because." I leaned forward and brought his head closer to mean and his lips onto mine.

I kissed him for like 2 minutes and he lifted he up over the seat I was sitting on to his lap basically straddling him sitting up. I finally pulled away and said "sorry if I am crushing you know I am pregnant and probably weigh a lot. "It's okay and you do not don't worry about that." Riker said pushing some of the extra strands of hair back behind my ear.

I smiled at him and looked him in his beautiful eyes. "I love you." I blurted out of no where. "Omg I am so sorry I did not mean to say that, I mean I did because I feel like I love you,but I hope I did not freak you out." Riker took my face and cupped it in his hands and I was still talking non-stop,so Riker shut me up by kissing me again.

I pulled away and smiled. "It's okay Tessa, because I love you to." I felt me cheeks get red. "Alright let's go back to your house or something and cuddle and watch movies" I said getting off his lap and kissing his cheek again. "Okay whatever you want babe" I smiled at him and looked away real quick.
