"Yes, you can still tutor me for the fun of it", he said with a quiet laugh.
Why would he want to hang with me for 'fun'. He has 90% of the girl's population in this school drooling over him, why is me he wants to hang with? Does he have something to tell me?
"Umm,Saf, I'm on planet Earth please don't go to Jupiter and leave me here", he said watching me weirdly.
"Oops,my bad,sor-"
He cut me of by asking me if i wanted to go for ice-cream or coffee sometime.
I let out a slight giggle.
I finally processed his question and quickly answered "yes sure, why not".
To me he was asking that question for a particular reason and I intended to find out before we went to hang out(not considered a date).
*lunch*
I took a deep breathe as I walked up to Jedz best friend Nick.
He was slightly less attractive that Jedz but he was considered the second most attractive boy in the school next to Jedz. He was blessed with blue eyes that complimented his brunette hair. Okay okay I must admit, he was pretty attractive.
I approached him by saying "Hi". I realized it was simple but i didn't want to act like I knew the guy since he was born.
He responded saying, "Hey Saf,what's up"
I was quite astonished by his response but that didn't matter.
"I'm good, I kinda have to talk to you privately," emphasizing on 'privately'
He excused himself from the cheerleaders who were acting their usual desperate selves and the other jocks. I got a weird look from Dianne, so quickly I turned my head walking to the back of the cafeteria with Nick.
Me:Okay, so I guess you know why I'm here with you.
Nick:Yhup,Jedz asked you out didn't he? "With a laugh in his tone"
Me:Yes he did, so since your his best friend I'm going to assume you know why, and I would appreciate if you tell me.
Nick: Does there have to be a reason for a guy to ask a girl out"
Me:Yes,it has to have a reason since he was never really fund of me.
Nick:Maybe he is now. *chuckling*
Me: we both know that's not true and I demand you to tell me.
Nick: Saf you might have beauty working your way but you can't just demand people.
He realized I wasn't joking and I wanted an answer right now and right here.
Nick: Okay fine, We made a bet to figure who could ask out the most girls with brains, that are appear to be quiet and is attractive.
Me:Wow,y'all have nothing better to do don't you. I'll make sure I see to it that he have a memorable outing *evil laugh* And ask for you, if you mention a word to him about this conversation, I promise you I'll make your life a living hell...Oh note that I'm not as quiet as you think.
He nodded his head in disbelief and walked away.
Bell rings*
As I was exiting the cafeteria, I saw the person I least expected to see and also did not want to see.
"Hey Saf," Jedz said in a clueless tone.
