Once I got out of my estate I decided to turn my radio on. I switched it to my CD player and let the songs that I actually like, play away. My favourite song came on, stronger than ever, by Raleigh Ritchie. I'm mostly into R&B or pop however I also like some indie music. I could see Katie's head bouncing to the beat, does she like this song too? I wanted to make conversation because I hate silence but she's blunt and sassy. They don't mix.

"So urm Katie...?" I stuttered slightly.

"Finally you get my name right," she smiled. Oh there's a start. "But yeah?"

"I knew all along its just funny to make new comers mad." I replied smug.

"Right ok. Oh and I don't have to stay if you don't want to..." I cut her off, she's seems alright I guess.

"No, of course you're staying," I said with a little excitement that I had no idea I had or even wanted. "Only if you want to that is. I mean did you see our parents faces when I said you could. Hard to say no to. But you cannot tell Taylor."

Katie just smiled and nodded and that was the end of the conversation. I will not make the next one. She will never have me under her thumb if we ever become friends. I will not make the next conversation. I will not make the next conversation. I will not make the...

"So Harry, what kind of music do you like?" She finally spoke up, and made a conversation.

"Oh you know, just the usual heavy rock, screamo and metal, you?" I said just as 'best day of my life' came on by the America Authors. Katie laughed and flung her head back to rest on his car seat. I've never heard a laugh so feminine, so cute.

Oh hell no. Snap out of it Harry. Taylor, taylor, Taylor.....

"I like all the latest songs really. But I like a bit of rap and punk too." Her voice was so soft and delightful. It's sounds amazing.

"You don't seem too look like the type to listen to punk." I sound concerned. I don't know why.

"There's a lot of things you don't know about me, Haz." Her tone was sarcastic. And what the fuck? Did she just call me Haz...maybe I was wrong about her.

We pulled up in the car park at the front of Starbucks and just the second I stopped my engine, she got out and took a fag out from her pocket.

"And this is one of them things. I guess your parents don't know anything about it." I asked, I hate that girls smoke, it doesn't suit them.

"No. I don't smoke aha, I usually buy them because for some reason I get asked a lot for fags." She mentions.

"You're lying." I stated.

"Honestly I'm not, it's true." She's so beautiful, he hair and her eyeliner looks so perfect on her eyes. Just her everything.

Harry, you're not single so stop thinking about this...this thing...damn her arse in these jeans.

My subconscious reminds me as I see her walking into the building, I ran a little to catch up with her as we walked into the building. My whole group of mates started looking over to us.

"HARREHHH!!" shouted a very familiar voice.

"NIALLERRR!!" I shouted back as he ran over with me arms stretched out and gave me a man hug.

"I was just about to post that photo online, but you made it, come and sit down with us," he muttered as he started to walk away. "Oh hey Katie."

"Hi." Katie replied firmly.

"Hazza, how are you doing, mate?" Zayn cheered as we shook hands.

"I've been good me. Guess yous all know about Taylor." I asked hoping they did and that would be the end of it because if they started bringing it up randomly I would never hear the end of it.

"Yeah man, who hasn't, she was proper fuming when she came here." My eyes were focused on Katie and Reece talking and laughing but suddenly snapped back at Zayn when he mentioned her being here.

"She was here?" I wondered.

"Yeah, probably looking for more attention, she was trying to kiss Niall and jade was like fuming because yeah they've been dating and our Perrie nearly hit her. Then she screamed 'Harry is a dick' and stormed out." My eyes were wide at Zayn's words and my head was pounding with anger. She literally is never getting in my pants again.

"Meh, she's just pissed because I didn't fuck her. Ahah never again." I say with confidence.

"Anyway where has the new girl gone?" Zayn talks whilst Niall looks around and I just shrug and sit next to Jesy with a smirk on my face.

"There she is with that Reece lad, mate he doesn't waste any time." Niall said but his words were mumbles whilst I was talking to Jesy.

As the night went on it got colder, and we were no near the time we were all planning on going home. They wanted to go for a drink but I wasn't sure if I wanted to and what I done, Katie would have to do the same.

We decided that we would go and buy some vodka and coke aswell as lemonade from the shop because the girls said that coke with vodka is disgusting. Picky fucks.

So after we've been drinking a lot we decide to call it a night because we all have school in the morning and we needed to go to Katie's to get her stuff and it was getting very late. It was like 11:30pm. Katie had been glued to Reece all night whilst Perrie was with Zayn, Niall was with Jade and I was with Jesy. So it all planned out really well, to be fair. We all got along so well, the girls seemed to like Katie, she was nice to them but why not me?

Me and Katie wave goodbye to everyone as we live in the other direction to them. Well I live in a different direction, I'm not sure about Katie but she's staying with me tonight so she also lives this way.

"Let me drive your car." Katie demanded trying not to slur her words.

"No you're drunk. That's ridiculous to even suggest that. We will order a taxi." I snapped.

"Why be so boring?" She has a snappy tone as well, but a slight side of humour in it as well.

"Why be so dangerous?" I question back. She didn't like that. So with a huff she went and sat on the curb next to my car whilst I rang for the taxi.

I pulled my jumper over my head and lucky I had put my long sleeved t-shirt on otherwise she could freeze. "Here, have this. I'm boiling." I lied I wasn't that cold but I wasn't boiling.

"Thanks. I guess we need to go to mine don't forget." For the first time tonight, our eyes actually connected. The way her shimmering blue eyes sparkled under the bright moonlight of the late night sky. They matched the each and every star in that sky, I'm almost positive that Katie's ocean blue eyes could beat the stars brightness.

"I...urm..Mmhmm." I managed to get out. Her eyes were beyond perfect. They just looked so deep in thought, even when she was being so thoughtless.

The taxi pulled up In front of us. Just as I was about to to grab the handle for the front door to climb in the front Katie dragged my arm away and motioned for me to sit in the back. I gathered she wanted to sit in the front. To my surprise, she got in the back with me. The driver had asked us where the destination we needed to be at. I didn't have a clue so I just sat there wishing Katie would speak.

"Ohh...erm 116 wynyard lane. Thanks." Why does she always sound so sassy...?

"Really?" I looked curiously at her.

"No. Not really, I'm just asking to go there because I thought it would be funny." Katie laughed. I joined her. We both noticed the driver look at us funny in his mirror, which made us laugh more.

"I live just up the road on 63. So we can walk back if you want." I didn't have that much money on me so I was hoping he would say yeah. She just nodded, again.

Finally, after we had returned back into the warmth of my household everyone was asleep, Katie's family were gone, I grabbed two bottles of water and handed one to Katie. We headed upstairs and even though we nearly woke the whole the house because we were arguing who would sleep on the floor and who would stay on the bed. I won. I'm staying on the floor.

The light went out and in minutes I was flat out. I blame the alcohol.
