In another life could you be mine?
In another world where there's no time
Where I exist upon your every line
Where loving you is far from a crime

If another soul is what you yearn
I will pray to the heavens that you may learn
For love is not in the impulse of desire
It's an unconscious burning of an eternal pyre

If waiting for you,for the day you wake
Proves to be my life's greatest mistake
I will bask in the light of my undying love & faith
Until the next & the next life I'd still wait.
