"Who are you?" I asked, removing my headphones from my ears. I put my hoodie on more securely. "Name's Troy. Sorry if I seem like I'm following you home, I'm your new neighbor, remember? My father talked to your mother about the neighborhood." Troy said with a small wave, I merely glared back. "What's your name?" He asked. "Ora." I said curtly before turning heel and walking away. "Hey wait!" Troy said, suddenly grabbing my upper arm. I instinctively twisted before throwing a left hook. The young man fell over, "damn. That hurt. You got quite a throw there girly" he said. "Your one to talk. Falling over for a hit like that- hey, wait. Excuse me? Did you just say girly?!" I asked, glaring daggers at him. "Yeah? So?" The brunette asked, ruffling his hair and propping himself up against his arm. "Don't test me, boy." I commented with a smirk at his blush. "I'd appreciate you not calling me 'boy'" Troy said, finally getting off the concrete. "Seems we share that same interest." I said still smirking. He had a cut on his elbow. I walked away without a word. Silently passing gang territories. Troy followed only meters away, but I could tell he was there past the crowd. Then I turned down to an empty ally he followed.

"Do you know where you live?" I asked, turning around with hands on my hips. When he didn't reply I began to tap my toe on the ground, signaling that he was allowed to speak. Moments passed. Silence. "It's getting late answer already." I asked, becoming irritated. "Do you have any part of The Birds?" Tony asked, suddenly looking dead-pan serious. "The strongest rebellion group there is? Ha! Your funny Tony, of course I don't. The Society is the only thing to follow. Anything that stands against is incorrect." I said, recalling what one had to say to Society Spies, Cops, or people who turn in Rebels for money. "Your lying." He replied, he didn't seem bothered by that fact. "Why am I answering you? Who are you? A spy? Undercover cop? A scabber? Looking for a few quick bucks?" I said, glaring as cruelly as humanly possible. "Heh. Mary did say you are quite suspicious." Troy said, face smug. "Oh I see, your that Troy, her cousin. Infamous rumors say you had some connections to The Bird's leader, Raven." I said, rolling my eyes and flicking my hair. "Those aren't rumors. Those are truths." Troy said face impassive. He seemed to see right through me. "Why are you telling me?" I asked, never before had I ever wanted to run away. "You're a famous rebel in the underground. I'm surprised you haven't been taken. Yet" Troy said, he then seemed to look through me, staring at someone or thing behind me.
