Saving Love

Arrested

 After finding Dean and Paige, the guys rushed to them, Roman couldn't believe Dean was right in front of him, he thought he'd never see him again and the emotions he felt were almost too much for him! While Seth untied an uninjured Paige, Roman knelt in front of Dean and his heart broke seeing he had been beaten. He untied Dean, before taking him in his arms, holding him gently not wanting to hurt him.

 "Ro, you...you need to leave now!" Dean said pulling away, wincing from the movement. "Ta...take Seth and Paige and go! It's trap dammit!"

 "We're not leaving you Dean! We're getting out of here together!" Seth refused, as he rushed to help Roman get Dean up, Dean groaned in pain.

 "You know you really should have listened to Deano!" Hunter said, as The Authority came into the room smiling. "Aw, what a sweet little family reunion!" 

 "You're a dead man Helmsley!" Roman threatened angrily, as he held Dean close.

 "Now, is that any way to talk to Dean's family?" Hunter asked smiling.

 "You aren't their family anymore Helmsley! They left The Authority!" Seth said angrily, as he held Paige close.

 "Dammit Steph, we keep forgetting!" Hunter said.

 "Forgetting what?" Seth demanded.

 "That you two idiots don't know our little family secret!" Hunter answered.

 "What the hell are you talking about?" Roman demanded.

 "You see, Dean and I are brother and sister!" Stephanie answered smiling.

 "You're lying!" Roman said refusing to believe it, it couldn't be true it had to be another Authority mind game!

 "It's true Ro, we share a father!" Dean said bitterly.

 "Dean's my baby brother!" Stephanie added.

 "Now that everyone knows, it's time to finally put an end to you two and take Dean and Paige back to the city, so Dean can help us run the family business!" Hunter said smiling.

 "I told you already Hunter! Roman, Seth and Paige are my family, not you!" Dean said angrily.

 "Looks like we need to teach you a lesson in family values Deano!" Hunter said raising his gun at him. 

 "You're not shooting my brother! The other three yes, but you're not killing my brother!" Stephanie said angrily, as she put Hunter's arm down.

 "You said I couldn't kill him, you never said I couldn't wound him!" Hunter pointed out smiling, as he aimed his gun at Dean again.

 Dean starred at Hunter unmoved by the gun pointed at him, Roman was tense ready to push the other three out of the way. Before anyone could say or do anything though, the door burst open and Ford with his back up rushed in and surrounded them, guns drawn.

 "Freeze!" Ford yelled. "Drop your weapons and put your hands up now!"

 "Or we could just do this!" Hunter said smiling, as he pointed his gun at Ford and fired.

 Ford ducked and fired back at Hunter, starting a shoot out! Everyone scattered, Roman and Seth gave Dean and Paige their extra guns and ammo, as they joined the gun fight. Seth saw an opening and tried to get closer to Ford, so they could come up with a plan to corner The Authority, but as he got closer Ford turned and fired at him. Dean saw Seth duck behind some boxes, and rushed to him firing at Ford as he did, when he reached Seth he knelt by him and spoke.

 "You okay?"

 "I'm fine!" Seth answered reloading his gun.

 "What the hell was that? I thought Ford was on your side?" Dean asked confused.

 "So did we!" Seth answered. "He work for you?" Seth asked, as he gave Dean more ammo.

 "Nope! We don't have Feds on the payroll!" Dean answered weakly, as he leaned against the boxes and shakily loaded his gun.

 "How you holding up?" Seth asked concerned.

 "I'm fine! Where are Ro and Paige?" Dean asked, his eyes closed as he fought to ignore the pain.

 "Uh...they're together by the door, but Ford's men have them cornered!" Seth answered, as he looked around the room. "Hunter and Kane are a few feet to their right and Stephanie is...shit, I can't see her!"

 "Dammit! I...I need to find her! I want her arrested, not dead!" Dean said upset, even though she was the enemy, she was still his sister!

 "Wait, I see her! She's okay, she's by the stairs!" Seth said.

 The fight continued with everyone getting shots in, no one got hurt, until as Dean hid behind some boxes, he saw Ford sneaking up on Roman and Stephanie who were now near each other by the stairs. No one else saw him or was close enough, other than him, he had to do something, he couldn't let them be killed! So, he got up ignoring the pain and ran towards them, yelling Roman's name. They both turned in time to see Ford fire his gun at them, as Dean pushed them out of the way getting hit with the bullets instead! Roman and Stephanie screamed his name as he fell, using the distraction Hunter and Kane rushed to Stephanie. They grabbed her before she could reach Dean and they took off out of the warehouse. Roman, Paige and Seth raced to Dean's unmoving body, all three crying as they knelt by him and tried to stop the bleeding. Before they could do anything else though Roman and Seth were suddenly grabbed and pulled to their feet. They fought to get free, as Ford joined them, he called for an ambulance before looking at them he spoke.

 "Cuff them!"

 "You bastard! What the hell are you doing? You shot him and let The Authority escape, you stupid son-of-a-bitch!" Roman yelled angrily, as they were handcuffed.

 "What I'm doing is my job! Once you two are behind bars, I'm going after the rest of The Authority!" Ford said. "As for these two...I don't know how they're connected to all of this, but I will find out and when I do they'll go down with you, I promise you that!" Ford said smiling. "Take them to the car!"
