Chapter 2

Benny's P.O.V.

I am walking downstairs in Ethan's house because Fey came down here to answer a phone call a little while ago, so I am coming to check on her.

"I told you I don't like you, and I don't want to be with you!" She said angrily into her phone. Maybe an ex?

"I am done being what you are! I'm not like that anymore! God! I wish you would just leave me alone!" She said, I could tell she was getting even more angry.

"I swear on your life, if you touch Benny you will regret it, I will hunt you down and you will wish you never even met me."

Me, hurt me? Does she really care about me enough to threaten someone for me? I have never felt this strongly about a girl before, and I know I just met her, but I feel like we are meant to be together.

"Oh, hey Benny." She said walking up next to me snapping me out of thought.

"Hey, I was just coming to check on you." I said to her, she smiled and thanked me then we walked back up to Ethan's room the whole way there our hands were brushing together.

"Jessie's not going to stop until he kills you and Benny, and he will kill Fey to get to Benny, he knows that right?" I hear Sarah say through the door, I look over and see a concerned look on Fey's face.

"Who's Jessie?" She asked me.

"No one..."

"Well he sounds like someone to me!" She says loudly.

Ethan and Sarah open Ethan's door, they must have heard her yell, we all look back and forth then at Fey, awkwardly smile and laugh.

"Who is Jessie?!" She asked.

"Let's go into Ethan's room, and we will explain." I said pointing towards Ethan's room.

I grab Fey's hand and lead her into Ethan's room, we sit down on his bed, Ethan shuts his door, and he and Sarah sit in the two chairs by his computer.

"So...who is this guy?"

"So how much exactly did she hear?" Ethan asked me.

"I'm right here! And don't lie to me." She said before I could answer.

"Well..." Ethan starts but Fey cuts him off and says.

"That's a lie."

"Uhh..." I start when she cuts me off too.

"That's a lie too."

She was right, wow she is good at detecting lies.

"I want the truth, am I in danger? Are you guys in danger? Is something going to happen to you all?" She asked.

"Ok, we should start off we aren't what we seem...." Ethan said and Fey nodded.

"So what are you?" She asked really confused.

"You have to believe us when we tell you this, we aren't lying, and please don't freak." I said to her.

"Ok ok just tell me."

"I'm a seer." Ethan said.

"I'm an Earth Priest." I said.

"And I'm a vampire." Sarah said

She didn't say anything she just sat there.

"Fey?" I ask "say something."

"I...I...I KNEW IT! I KNEW THEY WERE REAL! EVERYONE USED TO MAKE FUN OF ME AND CALL ME CHILDISH FOR BELIEVING, BUT WHO WAS RIGHT? ME! THATS RIGHT! I KNEW IT!" She says standing up and pointing to herself.

"Wait what?"

"Huh?"

"That's not the reaction we usually get." Sarah, Ethan, and I say simultaneously.

"Oh my gosh! I can't believe it! This is so cool, so what can you do? Like spell wise?" She asks me.

"Well not to brag or anything, but I am a first rate spell master." I say to her.

"No your not." Ethan and Sarah say at the same time.

"Guys." I say pleading for them to follow along but it just causes Fey to laugh.

"So Ethan, what's a seer?" She asks Ethan.

"I can touch something supernatural, and like a portal to the future opens up and I can see glimpses." He says.

"Ooh! Try me!" She said holding out her hand for him to take, and as stupid as it sounds, I was jealous.

"Ok." He says awkwardly taking her hand and smiling at her. Then he breathed in sharply and looked off into the distance, he was actually getting a vision from her, he only gets visions from supernatural things.

"So...what'd you see?" She eagerly asked Ethan.

"Oh...uh...nothing...it...uh sometimes doesn't work." He says nervously.

"Oh." Fey said disappointedly.

I look at Ethan and he is really freaked out, he is still not looking at any of us, what did he see and why did he have a vision?

*Ring* *Ring*

"Sorry, I've got to take this." She said after she looked at her phone screen. I wonder if it's the guy she was yelling at before. She got up to go answer it and she went downstairs, I got up and went to follow her.

"Benny, where are you going?" Asked Ethan.

"I'm going to go see who she is on the phone with, I think it's the same one from earlier." I whispered to them.

"You need a hobby." Sarah said.

I just get up and walk out of Ethan's room to follow Fey. I sneak down the stairs and hear her yell again,

"NO! Arthur! I told you already, I'm done! I'm not that anymore!"

Then there was silence, her exs name must be Arthur.

"Arthur...." She started but got cut off.

"Stop calling me! I don't want to talk to you!" She said then took her phone and hit end call and stood there angrily.
