You know those people who are really clumsy? They can be the smartest people you know yet they have no common sense? I introduce me. I can't go a full day let alone a full hour without tripping over something, walking into someone or saying something I probably shouldn't have.
Today, for example, I walked into the same person 6 times. What makes it worse is the fact that I may or may not like this person and possibly turned bright red every time I bumped, full force might I add, into him. Brandon, he's a gorgeous human. He has brown hair styled into the perfect quiff, and the most gorgeous blue eyes. He's tall, muscular and has an amazing personality.
He's hot and popular but can actually be quite nice. He's not one of those people who constantly makes fun of others and is a good laugh. I know I'd never have a chance with him but a girl can dream. Which is exactly what I intend to do.
~Saturday Morning~
I am awoken from my deep slumber by the foghorn know as my father.
"Are you joining me or not?!"
Oh! It's my Mum's 40th birthday today and because I'm a perfectionist I have organised the everything from the guests to the colour scheme.
"Yeah I won't be long!" I shout back. There's always someone shouting in this house because, although it's not massive, it's quite large and the doors are very thick.
I get up, have quick shower, wash my face and brush my teeth before throwing on some black jeans, a tight white top and quickly putting my hair up in a messy bun. I look a mess but who really cares? We're only going to someone's house to pick up some balloons.
"Well you look amazing this morning" My dad greets me as I get into the car.
"And you look like a gremlin so be quiet" He laughs and puts on the radio. We sing along to it during our short 10 minute drive.
"Go knock the door and I'll park up." I nod and climb out of the car. I walk up to the door and ring the bell, I can hear it from outside which caused me to smile. A beautiful looking woman opens the door just as my dad appears behind me.
"Sarah? I didn't know this was your business" I give my dad confused look and he explains, "Sarah and I were in the same class in high school, her and her sister Johanna"
"Yeah, it's me and Johanna who do the balloons actually and our sons occasionally help." I laugh at the emphasis she put on occasionally and she invites us inside.
We start walking into her living room but she suddenly stops,
"Cody will you please go put a top on, we have visitors. Also wake your cousin and brother up and tell them I say they're not getting any breakfast if they don't get up."
"Will do Aunt Sarah." He gets up and I can't help but look at his beautiful muscular body. He smiles at me as he passes and disappears up the stairs.
"Sorry about that, I've got Johanna's kids staying over because she's away for business and is afraid they'll burn her house down while she's gone."
We laugh but a loud screech followed by shouting silences us. A few seconds we hear them running down the stairs.
"Boys! What on earth are you doing?!" Sarah calls as she leaves the room.
"Cody came into my room, screamed and jumped on top of us!" A voice replies. A voice I'm pretty sure I recognise.
"Well we have visitors so please quieten down." Sarah instructs curtly. A chorus of "Sorry Aunt Sarah" and "Sorry Mum" follow and Sarah appears back in the room, followed by 3 boys.
Oh no.
