Chapter 5

I sat there, completely oblivious to what was going in around me.

But I felt awkward, but thats just the effect i have on situations.

They were all looking at there menus or broadcasting, and I didnt want to get in on any of that.

I sat in between gabe and andrew which made this even more awkward, because I wanted to get out of the booth, but I couldnt becuase I'd have to ask andrew to move.

I looked down at my phone, a habit Ive noticed I do when I get nervous, or when I find myself in awkward situations.

I went on instagram and liked a bunch of pictures of me with my supporters, which were extremely cute and then there was the picture of me with that one girl.

I remembered i still had her box im my pocket.

I took it out and looked at it.

The box was fake gold metal, and was rusted in some places, which made me want to cry becuase she didnt keep her blades clean, I could've lost her if she continued.

I clutched the box in my fist as my knuckles turned white.

At least she kept her promise.

I sighed before putting them back in my pocket, i merely made a note to throw it away later.

The waitress came to our table, she was young proably 17 or so and she carefully examined everyone one of the boys before her eyes stayed on gabe.

"So have you guys desided what you would like" she questioned sweetly, but I didnt care about that, her eyes landed on andrew who sat next to me, but she didnt look at him the same way she looked at gabe, oh no, no, no.

I didnt care I wasnt dating gabe, neither did I care if he liked me, but I still liked him and I wasnt going to let her steal what I have of him away from me.

"Yeah, ill have the blueberry pancakes" andrew said before handing her his menu.

She looked at me as if waiting for my answer. I just started at her, she was pretty, beautiful in fact, and I was extremely jealous.

"Oh no, im not getting anything. What are you gonna get babe?" I turned to look at gabe as his eyes got wide as did everyone else's at the table.

The girl lookd d most suprised out of everyone at the table. She also had a bit of anger in her face before glaring at me, and then sweetly smiling at gabe.

Gabe looked confused, but he soon let a slight redness come to his cheeks. He smiled shyly at ne before directing his attention to the girl in front of us.

"I-i'll have the chocolate chip pancakes" he stuttered at the waitress before returning his attention back to me.

He looked at me before handing the girl his menu, which she gladly took, but not before touching her Han to his slightly.

He then went down the line of triston, Diego, seth, and andrew before walking away with alk of our menus in hand.

"Care to tell us what that was about?" Diego wuestioned putting his phone down. Everyone was looking at me, waiting for my answer

"Come on did you guys seriously not see that?" I exclaimed leaning my back agents the seat of the booth.

"See what babe? " gabe mocked my tone as he batted his eyelashes at me.

"Gosh you guys are so blink, she was seriously checking all of you out"
I sigh before picking up my phone again.

"And you called me babe why?" Gabe questioned pulling my phone away from my face.

"Becauss she looked at you longer" I whispered just enough for them to here, as I felt my cheeks start to burn.

They all just stared at me.

I sighed again before picking my penny board up front under the table.

"I think im gonna go" I spoke to andrew so he could get up, which he did without hesitation.

I grabbed my headphones out of my pocket and plugged it into my phone before putting them into my ears, my music started playing instantly, but I knew what I heard.

"Guess your girlfriend cant put up with a little competition huh?"

Then I lost it.

I'd almost already made it to the door before I turned around.

I saw gabe getting out of the booth as the waitress stood in front of him.

All the rage just built up inside of me, and I didnt know what to do with it.

I quickly walked back over to gabe and slightly pushed the girl out of the way with my board.

I now stood in front of gabe, his bright blue eyes once again staring into my brown ones.

And in that moment I didnt care what people thought of me, or what the girl thought of gabe.

I grabbed his cheeks gently with my free hand and slammed my lips againts his.

A bolt of electricity ran threw me for that split second our lips connected. And as just soon as I connected our lips, i pulled them away.

I then turned to the girl whos face was red with embarrassment and she had gabes pancakes in one hand.

The words rolled off my tongue easy then I thought they would.

"What competition? " I asked before turning back around.

"I'll see you guys real soon okay?" I yelled at the boys who still sat at the booth I just was, completely stunned but what I'd just done.

I saw gabe shake his head before sitting back down at his booth.

I had a smirk permanently plastered on my face as I placed my headphone back in my ears, not longer wanting to hear what she had to say, because it didnt matter, I'd already out done her, and thats what mattered.

5 seconds of summer was blasting threw my ears as I rode back to my hotel.
