Newt POV
I looked up from weeding the vegetable patch to hear the greenie alarm go off. I limped over to the box and heaved the heavy doors open. All I could see was a mop of brown hair and a blue t-shirt of the greenie. Gally jumped inside and grabbed the greenie saying 'day one greenie, rise and shine'. He called the rope down and we pulled up the two boys. I saw the greenie properly this time and.... And.... Wow..... He was adorable with big brown eyes and an athletic build.

I snapped out of my stupor when he bolted towards the maze doors and began following him, marvelling at how he ran so fast... Or at least until he face planted. I stilled a laugh underneath my hand. He was adorable. When he got back up he looked like he was trying to break his neck looking around him, and I yet again laughed. He turned to me, locking his beautiful brown eyes with mine and I could clearly see the confusion and fear in them and that caused something in my heart to break, forcing me to look away. I couldn't bear him to be in pain at all. I sighed and looked at him again, wishing that he could smile and to hold him in my arms and.... Wait, pay attention Newt. Pull yourself together! I look at him and I see that he is bombarding Alby with questions. Sadly, we have to put him in the slammer for he tried to run just In case he attempts again. I felt evil as we pushed him in and locked it behind him. But I stayed with him and comforted him when he was panicking.
