Chapter Five: I want to push you down on that couch and make out.
I looked back at the bus driver.
"Thank you, mam." I said politely. She grunted and looked away.
Well so much for trying to be polite.
I got off the bus and walked up my dirty wooden steps. Taking out my key, I unlocked the door and went inside, throwing my backpack on the ground. Only one thought was going through my head. Harley. I was spending the night at Harley's.
I've done this so many times before, but never as his girlfriend. Does that mean he won't sleep on the couch? Would he sleep next to me, and hold me? Excitement bubbled inside of me, as I thought of cuddling into him all night.
'I need to prepare.' I thought. I have to shave. How awkward would that be if his leg brushed against mine and I was hairy? Gross. I need to also lotion myself. There is no way I'm going to look dry and scratchy.
Gah! There's so much to be done, and Harley gets home at 6! I checked the time. 3:30.
Shit. I have two and a half hours! I also need to pick what to wear!
First I showered, making sure to shave my legs, and under my arms. I also washed my hair using my conditioner that smelled like oranges, Harley said he liked before.
After showering, I patted myself dry, and put lotion all over my arms, legs, and very little on my face. The lotion also smelled like oranges, a smell I've noticed Harley loves even though he hates oranges.
Picking out a white set of lace lingerie, I pulled them on and walked to my small dresser.
'Now what do I wear?' I asked myself. I don't want to dress fancy, but not like a kid. 'What if I wore Harley's clothes?' I thought as I fingered his thin white v-neck. I could try to be sexy. Who knows? Maybe I could pull it off. I grinned and pulled it on, along with some black shorts that were barely visible under the length of the shirt.
After fixing my minimal makeup, I heard a car door slam and looked at the clock. 6:12. Harley! I calmed myself and grabbed my phone.
*HEY, CAN I COME OVER NOW?(:*
Within seconds, I got a reply.
*OF COURSE YOU CAN. DOOR IS OPEN, YOU CAN JUST WALK IN. DON'T FORGET TO LOCK YOURS.*
I rolled my eyes at his instruction.
Walking out the door, I realized it was going to be a cold night. There weren't many stars visible from our trailer park, but the ones you could see we're bright and beautiful. The white color they usually were, looked almost pink tonight, and I looked up at them for a few minutes.
"Allie!" I heard. I looked towards Harley's home and saw him standing there. "Get in here now! It's freezing! You're going to get sick!" I finally noticed I was shivering, and ran towards him.
When he closed the door behind us, he gathered me in his arms. "You're so cold. Come here." Slightly rocking me back and forth, he kissed my head. "You're going to need two blankets tonight to keep you warm." He sighed. I looked over to the couch and saw it was made into a small bed.
I pulled away from Harley feeling almost angry. "Why is the couch made up?" I demanded.
He looked at me, studying my face. "You're spending the night. You always get the bed, you know that."
"Harley, you are my boyfriend." I said slowly. "That means we sleep in the same bed." He started fidgeting, and looked down almost uncomfortable, making me want to cry. "Unless it's just you don't want to sleep next to me." I said with unshed tears in my eyes.
