Annabeth POV
What was I supposed to do? Percy wouldn't admit he was in pain but I knew him too long to know that he had a fake smile on. I let him sleep just i heard a noise. Bang. Bang. Bang. I listened closer and realized an Empousa( A/n I forgot how to spell it) was coming toward me. Before I had a chance to swing it tackled me to the ground but just as quickly as she came she exploded into dust. Percy was standing above me and just as soon as the adrenaline left him he collapsed onto the floor. I rushed to his side just as his eyes opened slowly. " I'm okay Wisegirl, get some rest." I rolled my eyes by I felt my eyelids getting heavier and soon I was asleep.
