Surprises and Problems.

** 4 months later**
Rachel's P.O.V
Today I woke up and felt so sick. I figured I was getting sick because the last few days I haven't wanted to eat and everything makes me nauseous. So I went and made breakfast for Finn and Brielle while Finn got himself ready for school and Brielle ready for school.
B-" mommy mommy!"
R-" what's wrong babygirl?"
B-" daddy won't let me wear my favorite dress"
R-" sweetie it's too cold out for that silly"
F-" Brielle come in sweetie please get dressed for daddy"
B-" okay fine"
R-" tell daddy your sorry for not listening"
B-" I'm sorry daddy" she ran over and hugged Finn which was so cute.
F-" you're forgiven cupcake cmon or both of us will be late!"
After Finn finally got Brielle dresses they ate the breakfast made and left.
F-" bye baby I'll see you later"
B-" bye mommy love you"
R-" bye guys I love you"
F-" love you"
I still however felt really sick again do I called my doctor to see what was wrong. Thank god they had an appointment for 1:30 because I couldn't take being sick any longer. It was finally 1:30 and I was called into the doctors office.
Dr.- " okay Rachel I'm gonna have you lay down and I'm going to ask you some questions."
R-" okay"
Dr.-" how long have you been sick?"
R-" well about three weeks. At first it started lightly but it's gotten worse"
Dr.-" okay any sore throat? Fever?"
R-" no sore throat and honestly I haven't checked for a fever"
Dr.-" well when we took your temperature before you were perfectly fine, how about any ear aches?"
R-" no no ear aches. Only back aches"
Dr.-" and you said you were nauseous?"
R-"yes"
Dr.-" and when was your last period?"
R-" well uh... Oh wow I.. I'm not so sure"
Dr.-"well it looks to me like you might be pregnant."
R-" excuse me?"
Dr.-"well you are late. You're having back aches, your nauseous, having sensitivity to foods. Would you like me to take a blood test?"
R-" y-y- yes please" oh my god I might be pregnant. What am I suppose to do? I know that Finn and I wanted other kids but so soon Brielle is still kind of adjusting and so are we. What if something happens this time? This is too much to handle. That's all I kept thinking about when the doctor was taking my blood and I hate needles whenever I have to get one I just want to rip out of their arm and run away but I didn't even care. All I kept thinking about was what happened last time I was pregnant and what Brielle would think and how everyone wound react. Not one second did actually occur to me that I would me a mom a second time to my own flesh and blood. Until the results came back.....Positive.
Dr.-" well mrs.Hudson you most certainly are pregnant."
R-" w-w-w- wow.. Thank you doctor."
Dr-" would you like an ultra sound now or would you like to schedule and appointment with your husband?"
R-" I Would like to schedule an appointment with my husband"
Dr-" of course well there's a slot open for Wednesday at 12:00 will that I okay?"
R-" yes that's when Finn usually uad lunch so that's perfect thank you"
Dr.-" no problem. Congratulations"
R-" thank you"

The whole car ride home I kept thinking. The more I kept thinking the more excited I became. I thought that I would be clever when I told Finn and Brielle so I went to a baby's R us and got the perfect present. After that I went home and made dinner for when Finn and Brielle came home.
B-" mommy! Me and daddy are home"
F-" hi baby, what are you cooking?"
R-" hi princess, hey honey I'm cooking chicken how was work"
F-" it was great, hey Brielle why don't you tell mommy what happened in school today"
R-" what sweetheart?"
B-" they're gonna have a school play. Annie!"
R-" wow! That's awesome pumpkin, are you gonna audition?"
B-" I don't know"
R-" well I think you would be great. Why don't we eat dinner and then you can go do your homework."
B-" okay."
R-" oh and I have a surprise for you guys."
B&F-" what?"
R-" you'll have to see"
             (((( after dinner ))))
R-" okay you guys ready for your surprise?"
F-" yep"
R-" okay well Finn this one is for you and Elle this one is for you" 
Finn opened his box first and when he opened it there's a onesies that  says "my daddy's cooler than yours" then Brielle opened her and it was a shirt that said "big sister" I
F-" you're pregnant?"
R-" yeah"
F-" for real this time? Like you are sure?"
R-" I went to the doctors and they took a blood test and said that I am 100% pregnant" Finn then picked me up and spun me around.
F-" that's amazing baby! Oh my god we're gonna be parents again!"
R-" I know I know, Finn I don't think spinning me and your child around is the best idea"
F-" sorry. What do you think about this Brielle?" She just kept quiet and smiled and fake smile.
B-" congrats mommy and daddy. I'm gonna go to bed"
R-" sweetie hey it's okay if you're upset" she kept walking into her bedroom.
F-" rach.."
R-" I knew she would be upset.. I had this bad feeling about it. Ya know I mean she's still kind of adjusting ya know. She's still so little and and.."
F-" rach she just doesn't understand. She'll be okay eventually it's going to take time" he came over and wrapped his arms around me while I cried. I knew he was write and I should just be happy because we've wanted a baby for so long but we already have one, we have a beautiful daughter and the last thing I wanted to do was hurt her.
F-" why don't we go talk to her"
R-" okay" we went an knocked on her door waiting for her to answer.
R-" Brielle honey will you please open the door"
F-" come on princess please it's important" she finally opened the door and she has red puffy eyes. I knew this was not going to be an easy conversation.

Finns P.O.V
I'm going to be a father again. I'm so happy Rachel and I have always wanted a baby for so long and I'm so happy that it's finally happening. There's only one problem, Brielle isn't happy about that. When she finally opened the door for us I could tell she was crying. My heart broke the last thing I wanted was for my little girl to be upset.
F-" sweetheart can we talk with you for a minute please."
B-" yeah" She walked away and sat on her bed so Rachel and I went and sat in front of her.
R-" sweetheart. Will you tell us why you're so upset that I'm pregnant"
B-" I'm not upset"
F-" cmon princess you can talk to us. You can tell us whatever is bothering you we won't be mad."
B-" well I... It's just that.. When the new baby comes you'll forget about me. And I'm afraid you'll love that baby more because it will be yours. And I'll just be the girl who you felt bad for.. Then you will.. You'll make me go back to the orphanage"
F-" Elle we would never do that you. Do you understand? We love you just as much as we will ever love the new baby. Which is a lot!"
R-" your daddy and I love you very much. We would never ever ever give you back because you are OURS. It doesn't matter to us that you aren't blood. Because just because we aren't your biological parents doesn't make any difference to us. We are your parents and we always will be."
F-" yes we will. We love you Brielle. You're our babygirl"
B-" I am?"
R-" you sure are"
B-" I love you guys"
F-" we love you too"
R-" very much"
F-" so are you okay?"
R-" and do you promise that whenever you feel sad or upset that you will talk to us about it"
B-" I promise. I'm sorry that I got upset over your new baby"
F- "it's okay princess. And that new baby is also your new brother or sister"
R-" you will be a great big sister"
B-" I will?"
F-" you bet"
R-" when daddy and I go to see the baby Wednesday you come with us?"
B-" okay!"
F-" alright I think this calls for a group hug"
We all huddled together and hugged each other. Today was certainly filled with highs and lows surprises and problems. But certainly has been a great day.
