Chapter 3

*jacks P.O.V*
I'm pretty pissed at Nate, I mean like I know he doesn't know I liked Chloe before he even met her but still, it's unfair.
It's about 9pm now and the guys went home but I think Chloe's still here, hopefully she stays the night, then I can talk to her about Nate.

I start hearing talking downstairs so I make my way down into the hallway and I stand outside the door, I was about to go in when I heard Nate's name.
"So is there anyone you like? Any guys that you fancy?" I heard Jamie ask.
"Well there's two, Nate- I met today and I got his number as he left- and someone else, he's a mystery and I want to know more about him" she sounded fascinated as she described this person.
"Oohh who is it?!" Jamie practically screamed.
"It's a secret" Chloe giggled "anyway I'm getting more pizza do you want some?"
"Ur duh! Is that even a question?!"

Shit! I quickly ran into the kitchen before they could see me and I sat on a stool that was facing the whole area.
A second later Chloe's small figure sauntered into the room, looking up at me innocently through her eyelashes, was she blushing? That's adorable.
"Hey Jack" she smiled.
She has a beautiful smile, it's contagious.
"Hi Chloe" I grinned at her "so you staying tonight?"
"Erm yeah, I hope it's not a problem" she murmured.
"Of course not I like your company and I definitely want to see you at the party on Friday" I winked.
"In that case I'll definitely be there" she winked back, god she's such a tease.
I decided to tease her back, so I walked up behind her, ran my hands up and down her arms as I whispered in her ear "Well if you can't sleep tonight, come find me and I'll help with that" and with that I left.

*Chloe's P.O.V*
I might just take him up on that offer. Jamie has basically given me my own room in the house so I can leave clothes there and have my own space for when I stay round.

I wish I had her parents, they are so nice and laid back, it's so different in my house. It probably doesn't help that there's so many of us though. Don't get me wrong; I love my siblings it's just that we're all kind of living on top of each other in that house.

Anyway back to topic, I think Jack is hot af and so buff! It just makes me wanna lick peanut butter off of his abs. Argh this is too distracting!!!

I head back into the living room with the pizza and some drinks and notice Jack has felt the need to join our little movie marathon. Not like I'm complaining. He was sitting where I was before so stood in front of him, in the way of the TV and cocked my hip with my hand placed on it.
"I tried to tell him Chlo but he wouldn't listen" Jamie snickered.
"If you're that bothered by it you can sit on my knee" Jack said.
"I'd rather sit here instead" I said while throwing myself in the couch right next to him. We were so close our legs were touching, giving me goosebumps. Jack must've noticed because he grabbed a blanket and pulled it over us, I looked up at him and smiled. He grinned back placing one of his huge hands on the inside of my thigh, I'm in euphoria- I can only imagine how he would make me feel when we're.... No! Chloe stop! Concentrate on the movie! What even is it? Oh 50 shades of grey, damn it Jamie!

Throughout the film, whenever any sexual scenes or references came up I felt jacks hand squeeze my thigh and move upwards slightly.
The movie ended so me and Jamie decided to get into Pjs and have an early night as we still had school tomorrow.

We went up to Jamie's room when I remembered "I don't have any pajamas or clothes for tomorrow"
"It's okay, you can sleep in one of Jacks shirts and you can borrow my clothes tomorrow" Jamie offered.
"Thanks so much" I was so grateful, she left the room and arrived seconds later with a light grey plain V-neck Tshirt. "It's okay" she said chucking the shirt at me.

I went into 'my' room and was just laying in bed on my phone when i heard a light knock "come in" I called out.
The door opened to reveal Jack, "I need to talk to you about Nate" he sighed.
"Okay..?" It came out more like a question, I patted the bed signaling for him to sit down next to me, he did.
"I heard that you like him but be careful because when he meets girls he's only really interested in what they look like and how they are in bed, then after he gets what he wants he ditches them" he explained.
"So he's a fuck boy?" I chuckled.
"Exactly! I just didn't want you to get hurt that's all" he started to get up to leave.
"Jack wait" he turned to look at me "can you stay with me?" I asked
"Of course" he slid under the covers laying behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me closer into him. "And by the way you look hot in my clothes" he whispered.
This felt nice, I felt safe in Jacks arms like nothing could ever harm me when I'm like this.
I quickly fell asleep to the sound of Jacks breathing in my ear.
