43. Cooking together

Jungkook went upstairs to receive the call.

Meanwhile Yn , in kitchen,was chopping the veggies carefully. After sometimes ,Jungkook,done with calling,was descending from the stairs looking at yn who was still chopping the veggies. Feeling his gaze on her yn moved her gaze from veggies to him. And in a moment a loud gasp was heard from yn's mouth. Jungkook rushed from the stairs to see what happened and saw that yn cutted her hand and it was bleeding . Jungkook hanging up the call without another word, instantly went to her. He takes a bowl and fills it with cold water,then taking her hand he dips it in the water.

After sometimes when the bleeding stopped, Jungkook look at her and said "Maine to aapko careful rehne keliye kaha tha darling fir ye kaise hua...."

" Sorry...." Yn mumble looking down being guilty.

Jungkook sigh pulling her into his embrace." You don't need to say sorry to me, purple. Neither now nor in future. Just stay fine." Jungkook said caressing her hair ..

Then he gently guided Yn to the couch and making her sit ,he brought the first aid kit and started treating her wound carefully.

After done with that yn said"can I go now?"

" Where?" Jungkook asked.

" To the kitchen obviously. I've to prepare the chicken butter masala."Yn said.

"You're not cooking . Don't show me that puppy eyes. I won't melt. Sit like a good girl." Jungkook said firmly.

In the meantime,the naan roti has arrived. Jungkook received it from the delivery boy. After that Jungkook went to the kitchen and started preparing the chicken butter masala, ignoring yn's puppy eyes and resistance.

In a hour the food was prepared. Jungkook sat beside yn on the dinning table and served the food on two plates for himself and her. And yn? She stayed silent because she was a little angry on jungkook.

"Love,have your food." Jungkook said softly but yn turns her face away from jungkook.

" Accha sorry na. Agli baar tum bana lena." Jungkook said

And yn excitedly turns her face towards jungkook saying"promise?"

" Yeah yeah promise,Jaan." Jungkook replied softly with a smile

Then both of them started eating . After having their dinner, jungkook went to wash the dishes meanwhile yn went upstairs to get back to study again. After doing the dishes Jungkook went to their room and set the bed ,as they moved into this mansion just after returning from India so they didn't hire any servent yet. Then Jungkook moved towards the bathroom to take a shower. After some minutes he returned from bathroom dressed in a tshirt and loose trousers. He was wiping his wet hair with a towel and then combed it neatly. After done with it Jungkook decided to check on Yn so he went to her the study room.

Meanwhile,Yn was studying with full focus and side by side also making short notes for last minute revision for the night just before exam.   Hearing a knock on the door she said" come in." Jungkook steps inside the study room.

Yn moved her gaze to him and said " ohh you came. I was about to call you."

" Is there something you need help with?"

" Yeah. This chapter. It's quite difficult. I can't understand it ." Yn said her lips forming a frustrated pout.

" You could've ask for my help earlier, Petal." Jungkook said dragging a chair from the corner of the room to beside her chair. In a very few minutes he was seated beside her teaching her the chapter she was stucked in. About 1 hour later it was finally done and he said" Do you understand, darling?" . And she nodded. Then he got up from the chair and asked her"Are you going to study whole night? ". She just shook her head simply replying "Just as long as I can". Jungkook just nodded his head and then left from there to their shared bedroom as he was tired today. Reaching the bedroom he turned off the lights and lay down on the bed. Minutes passed but still he couldn't sleep,he was just tossing this side from another in the bed. In these months it has became his habit to sleep with her in his embrace but today the difference made him sleepless. At around midnight yn finally being done with studies decided to sleep. Coming to their room yn went to the bathroom and washed her face and then changed into night suit. And then lay down beside Jungkook who seemed to be asleep but actually just pretending to be in deep sleep. As Yn lay down beside him, he felt her feminine and own unique fragrance hit his nose. He loves her fragrance too much. So Jungkook wrapped his arms around her waist and pull her closer to him.

" Why you've not sleep yet?" Yn asked.

" Aapke bina nind nahi aati hein ab mujhe." Jungkook mumbled snuggling into Yn's neck. Yn tried to pull back herself from him a little but he again pulled her more closer"pass hi rahiye na. Mujhe sona hein." Jungkook mumbled. Yn just chuckle softly and peck his  forehead and hug him back. And then both of them slept in each other's embrace peacefully.

The very next morning, Jungkook as always the early bird got up early, freshen up and went to Gym. He didn't go to Gym after going to India due to some reasons but now he's again back to track. After spending an hour in the gym ,he went back to his room and took a long shower to keep himself energetic throughout the day. Few minutes later the bathroom door opened and jungkook came out freshly showered. Water droplets are falling from his hair and some of water drops were clinging to his body. He was half naked . The only cloth on his body was his towel which was wrapped around his waist. He was wiping his wet hair with another towel. Meanwhile Yn who just got up from her deep sleep was memorized at the sight before her. "Husband material🌚." Yn's subconscious mind thought.
