My eyes burn through his. He takes a step back, either in fear, shock, or surprise. Harry and Cal look nervous, and they should.

"Harry, why is he here?" I ask, not breaking eye contact.

"I had no idea you were coming as early as you did. You texted me as soon as they said they were on their way," he responds, gulping.

"Why didn't you say anything to me?" I finally turn to him, and he takes a step back.

"I thought you would forget...." He mumbles, and I snap.

"WHY WOULD I FORGET? ARE YOU INSANE? IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THEN WHERE WOULD I BE NOW?" He steps back, remembering what I am thinking about. The rest of the guys, except for Cal, look confused at the situation. I'm glad they don't know what's going on, or I wouldn't be allowed here anymore.

I know I definitely hit a nerve with Cal, as he has tears in his eyes as I turn to look at him. Without thinking, I sprint upstairs into my room and lock the door. I lean against the door and slide down it, curling up into a ball and crying. I hear someone do the same on the other side of the door. After a couple minutes, I compose myself and listen to the voice.

All I am is a man
I want the world in my hands
I hate the beach
But I stand
In California with my toes in the sand
Use the sleeves of my sweater
Let's have an adventure
Head in the clouds but my gravity's centered
Touch my neck and I'll touch yours
You in those little high-waisted shorts, oh

I join in singing, knowing who's on the opposite side of the door.

She knows what I think about
And what I think about
One love, two mouths
One love, one house
No shirt, no blouse
Just us, you find out
Nothing that I wouldn't wanna tell you about, no

'Cause it's too cold
For you here and now
So let me hold
Both your hands in the holes of my sweater

I smile a bit, thinking of the good times of our friendship.

And if I may just take your breath away
I don't mind if there's not much to say
Sometimes the silence guides our minds
So move to a place so far away
The goose bumps start to raise
The minute that my left hand meets your waist
And then I watch your face
Put my finger on your tongue
'Cause you love to taste, yeah

These hearts adore
Everyone the other beats hardest for
Inside this place is warm
Outside it starts to pour

I have no idea what to do right now, with what I'm feeling.

Coming down
One love, two mouths
One love, one house
No shirt, no blouse
Just us, you find out
Nothing that I wouldn't wanna tell you about, no, no, no

'Cause it's too cold
For you here and now
So let me hold
Both your hands in the holes of my sweater

Whoa, whoa...
Whoa, whoa... whoa
Whoa, whoa...

'Cause it's too cold
For you here and now
So let me hold
Both your hands in the holes of my sweater

It's too cold
For you here and now
Let me hold
Both your hands in the holes of my sweater

It's too cold,
It's too cold
The holes of my sweaters

I smile softly as I stand up and unlock the door. I pull it open enough to see who's outside.
