Staying in shape can be important for a girl. Eating healthy can be easy, but hard..that didn't make sense but anyways..Eating healthy can still be good!
peanut butter, bananas, apples..(Any fruit or vegetable really) If you like eating chips, try eating the baked ones..they're still good! But as long as you eat the right portions of food, you're good!
