"Invest in your hair, it is the crown you never take off." ─UnknownAn very important tip for keeping your hair healthy is to not wash it everyday. It would seem like it may help your hair, but it actually damages it.
If you have very thick hair (like myself) that may be hard to wash and style every other day or so, then I would recommend washing it once or twice a week. Especially if you have curly hair (once again, like myself) that may be hard to do every once in a while.
To avoid breakage of your hair, try to get it trimmed as often as you can. Getting your hair trimmed often also prevents split ends.
If possible, try to avoid using heat tools on your hair everyday or even every other day. It leaves your hair damaged and unhealthy. So try putting down the curling iron and maybe try rocking a side braid for the day ;)
Believe it or not, but putting some foods in your hair can keep your hair healthy and help it grow.
Some of these foods are: Bananas, Honey, Avocado, Eggs and....
Ready for this?
...Mayonnaise
......
I don't know about you, but I would not do that because..ew..but you know if your that willing to have long and healthy hair then you do you girl!
(There are certain ways to apply these foods to your hair, you can find out how to do it by searching it up on google.)
I know this one may suck, but eating healthy foods that contain protein, vitamins, and minerals can help hair growth, as well as maintaining a healthy diet.

Thank you so much for 1,000 reads! I did not expect that this book would have that many people read it..so thank you for those that have :)
Anyways, I know I haven't updated for a VERY long time and I'm so sorry for that, but I am writing a few chapters now and I should be back to updating frequently.
Lots of love,
