Lincoln woke up that morning seeing his mom getting ready for something Hey Mom are you going somewhere Lincoln asked

Oh morning buddy and ya I'm actually going out on a date Luna responded Really with who Lincoln asked Sam we've been talking recently and after what happened last week with Ronnie Anne and Chandler we decided to give it another chance

Oh ok cool Lincoln said You seem down buddy is everything ok Luna asked ya everything's fine Lincoln said Getting up to leave the room Luna watched him leave the room and thought he said he was fine but something was definitely bothering him

Luna looked at the time well I'd better get going can't be late Luna said as she got up and went out to her car and left to head to the place where she was meeting Sam

Lincoln watched as she left when he heard a voice behind him Something is bothering you Lincoln I can tell Lincoln turned around and saw Lori standing behind Oh hey Lori no everything is fine Lincoln said Nice try Link What's up you can tell me Lori said going down to his level

Well it's just Mom went out on a date with Sam and I'm worried what if she forgets about me Lincoln said Lori pulled Lincoln into a hug and said That's not gonna happen Ever since you were born you've been her top priority

Thanks Lori that makes me feel better Lincoln said Come on Linky everyone else is going to watch TV. Let's go and join them

Luna parked her car and quickly went inside seeing Sam at a table already Hey Sam Luna said sitting across from her Hi Luna Sam responded so Sam I want to say real fast that you understand who is most important to me right Luna asked

Ya Luna I understand your son is most important in your life and if you don't mind me asking how is the little guy Sam asked the little guy is so sweet he can be a little shy when meeting new people Luna said

Ya I remember when we first ran into each other for the first time in years the little guy was hiding behind you Sam said Ya I remember that as well Luna responded Luna if you don't mind I would like to get to know your son better Sam said

A few Hours later

Luna walked into her room seeing her son on the bed Hi Mom how was it Lincoln asked It went well and Sam wants to get to know you more as well Luna said Oh cool Lincoln said Luna then got a text she sat next to her son with Lincoln looking over her shoulder

Hey Luna Sully and Mazzy just texted me they want to meet at a pizza place tomorrow if that's alright with you Sam said Sounds good See you tomorrow Luna responded putting her phone on the charger who are Sully and Mazzy Lincoln asked their me and Sam's old band mates Luna responded You were in a band Lincoln asked yep I think it was called the Moon Goats Luna said

Cool Lincoln said Oh hang on I think we might have some of our old songs in the attic Luna said Let's go look for them I wanna hear how you guys sounded Lincoln said ok buddy let's go

The next Day

Lincoln and Luna walked downstairs seeing that the whole house was empty Luna went into the kitchen saw a note on the fridge went to one of Lynn's games be back tonight
