Chapter Six

Let's Get Reckless

Adam set the bounty to autopilot and ran his fingers through his blonde hair. He glanced over at the two females and his brother then pressed his hands together. "So, how about I get right down to it?"

"As I hope you both know, New Ninjago City is being overrun by Ninja Androids-"

"Nindroids."

The blonde shot a glare at his white haired brother. "Same thing... But back to what I was saying... They've run everyone out of the city. Where they went, I don't know... Nor do I care to know." he said. Well damn. Sabra thought to herself, pushing the fringe of her hair away from in front of her eye. 

Bridge adjusted her headband."So, that should just make this mission a whole lot easier on our part, right Adam?" "You would think that would be the case, Bridgette." The blonde began typing on the holo-keyboard as pictures and paragraphs showed up on screen. A video that looked to be security footage played automatically. "Wait, that looks like the inside of the elevator in the building.." The sapphire eyed female said. "Before the elevator dropped suddenly." He then stopped the video. "Sabra, aren't those the four teachers that came for a tour with their students today?" the somewhat shorter female asked, her co-worker nodded lightly.

"I didn't catch their names though..."

"Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole: The Masters of Fire, Lightning, Ice and Earth.. In that order."

"Yeah.... Thanks.." Sabra said then glanced over at Adam, who looked away from her not even a second before with a smirk on his face. "And that's the statue Mr.Borg had in his office too! But what are they doing with it..?"

"He gave to 'em as a thanks for saving the city... for the hundredth time..." Hiroshi said. "It's repetitive if you ask me..." The older brother added. "But what does the statue have to do with anything?"

The video began playing again, showing the four males struggling to hold the statue, then it fell and broke in two. The male wearing glasses then proceeded to pause it again and pointed to a spot on the screen. "Cyrus made Techno Blades and new Ninja suits to give to them." 

"So that they could stop the Nindroids." Hiroshi added, giving his blade a quick once over. 

"But, it's not the Nindroids that should be their main concern..." Adam said, pulling up more photos and security camera footage.

"The Overlord is the one pulling the strings."

Bridge has look of confusion on her face. "How do they know all of this?" 

Sabra shrugged, looking just as confused, if not more. "I wanna know how they managed to get all this footage from the security-" she smacked her forehead and heaved a heavy sigh. "Techno Blades, Ms.  Lawrence." Adam said, not looking away from the screen. "I know... That's why I cut myself short, Adam." she replied, the blonde male laughed a bit.

"But, what does one thing have to do with another?" Bridge asked. "I don't know, honestly," Hiroshi said. "What I do know is that Adam wants to be a step ahead of the Ninja. And what we know is that they're eventually gonna have to go to the Power Sub-Station to shut off all the power that's sent to New Ninjago City." the amethyst eyed male explained. He turned to look at the shorter female to see that she was looking back at him, causing his cheeks to flush a light shade of red and his eyes to widen slightly. Hiroshi quickly turned back around, pulling on his ponytail. The brown eyed female rubbed the back of her hand, a slight smile tugging at her clear glossed lips.

Keep it together, Hiro.... Adam then clapped his hands once, slightly startling his younger brother. "Alright! If we're gonna be a step ahead of the ninja.. We're gonna need to start small." The blonde began explaining.

Hiroshi handed the long haired female a black skin-tight suit and boots without a heel. "Doesn't look too roomy.... But the shoes don't have heels... I can deal with this." Sabra then turned to go change out of her casual dress clothes into the more stealth-friendly suit.

Minutes later, Hiroshi and Sabra were running to the main deck, Sabra being faster now that she was freed from her heels. "This suit is actually pretty easy to move around in! It's soft too." she said. "Yeah, Adam made beforehand." Well, that explains why its skin-tight.... "So, we're gonna be the ones dealing with the action?" she asked, the white haired male nodded. "Yep! It makes more sense for me and you to be handling this while Bridge and Adam handle the more technical stuff." Hiroshi explained.  Sabra spun her new techno blade that currently looked like a staff. "Alright..."

"Let's go smash it up already!"
