Luke POV
I've messed up way too many times with Cassie. And now I don't know what I'm supposed to do. The buys won't help me out because it's "my problem." I knew saying sorry wasn't enough, so I came up with something special.
I asked Mrs. Smith if I could use her house to decorate and she agreed. I had Mrs. Smith take Cassie out to go shopping for a couple of hours. I decorated the house with flowers, confetti, a huge banner that said "I love you." I was going to serenade her with her favorite 5 Seconds of Summer song. Beside You.
I got a text from her mom saying they're coming home in 5.
Cassie POV
"Mom, who are you texting?"
"Nobody sweetheart."
"Okayyy?" I was suspicious. She usually doesn't take me shopping and buy me a bunch of clothes for nothing. Something was up.
We arrived home and I walked up to my door. As I was about to open it, she took my wrist.
She put a blindfold on me.
"Mom what are you doing."
She didn't reply but instead took me inside.
I took off my blindfold and saw Luke standing in front of me. We were inches apart and he spoke softly, "I love you." His breath tickled my skin.
"W-What?"
"I love you."
He took out his guitar and pulled a stool in front of me and started to sing "Beside You."
Within a minute I was all packed up
I've got a ticket to another world

I was about to cry, until he pulled me into a tight hug. The words came out of my mouth, "I love you too." He smiled and pulled me into a passionate kiss.
"Cassandra Rose Smith, will you go on a date with me?"
"Yes. Luke Robert Hemmings." I was falling for my best friend. Again.
Luke POV
I was planning to take Cassie out somewhere special. I wanted to take her to a carnival. It's perfect. At the end of the day, I could kiss her on top if the ferris wheel.
Cassie POV
Luke said he was taking me somewhere. But he hasn't told me yet. This would apparently be our date. He told me to dress casual but not too casual.
I heard a knock on the door and answered it.
"Hi Lukey!"
"Hi Cass. Are you ready?"
"Yeah."
He intertwined our hands together and walked to his car. I love him so much.
