BB woke me up by sitting on my face at 7. I tossed him back onto the mattress and started getting ready for school. When I walked downstairs I didn't see anyone to be found. First day back from spring break and I don't even have a ride. Brad walked out of his room and half smiled at me. I really hoped that anyone else was awake but he seemed to be the only one.

"Bradley...?" I asked, regretting I didn't just call Bec and ask for a ride. "Do you think I can cash in another one of those rides to school?" He looked at me with those big chocolate brown eyes as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"Y-yeah! Of c-course!" He stuttered. I chuckled and we both got up and got into his car. About halfway through he opened his mouth and closed it again. He did this about 4 times before he actually said something. "So are we all good?" He asked.

"I don't know..." I sighed.

"Please give me another chance Autumn..." He said quietly. "Melody means nothing to me."

"Then why is she still staying with us and why did she come to that interview?" I mumbled.

"She just needs a place to stay." He said trying to convince me nothing was going on. We arrived at my school and I just couldn't take it anymore. I kissed him and it felt so wrong but at the same time so right.

"Her or me." I whispered getting out of the car. I closed the door behind me and got dirty looks from people all day long. I was sitting at lunch alone but then this girl with dark brown hair and light brown eyes came over and sat by me.

"Hi, I'm Kaitlyn. Is this seat taken?" She asked. She seemed very nice.

"No, it's not. Have a seat." I smiled.

"If it's not too rude, why are you sitting alone?"

"It's almost like my daily routine."

"Well now you got a new friend." She grinned. "So no more sitting alone at lunch."

I got a text from James telling me he was gonna pick me up in a few minutes. I hung out with Kaitlyn for the time being. I didn't see when James pulled up but Kaitlyn obviously did. Her eyes widened as she saw him step out of the car. I giggled as James's mouth dropped when he saw her. Love at first sight I guess.

"Hey James." I smiled. "This is Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn, this is James."

"Hi." She said trying to keep her cool.

"Hey." He said in awe. I giggled and pushed James closer to her.

"Hey, James, why don't you invite Kaitlyn for dinner?" I suggested knowing he wouldn't be able to say anything.

"Would you like to...?" He asked.

"Sure..." She replied with a smile. We both got in the car while Kaitlyn drove home by herself.

"Love at first sight huh?" I teased.

"Shut up." He smiled. "Hey, are you gonna forgive Brad? Or are you gonna stay with Connor?" He hesitated.

"I don't know. I want to trust Brad but I don't want to hurt Connor." I say softly.

"Love is tough..." He sighed. "I don't really have any advice for you other than to follow your heart." He smiled. I just laughed at the corniness. "I know, I know, it's cliche but it's true."

"Thank you, James." I smiled.

I looked at some of the mail and one of the envelopes was addressed to me from the school. I was confused at first because report cards came out 2 weeks ago. I opened it and found a purple flyer reminding me that prom was next week. I didn't go to prom last year so I thought maybe I should go this year. But going alone? Maybe I could ask someone...

"Hey, Autumn!" Melody walked over to me. "Oh are you going to ask Connor to prom?" She asked looking at the flyer.

"Um, I'm not sure." I said. "I don't really know if I'll go." I lied.

"I think it'd be adorable for you and Connor to go on your first date together at prom." She smiled.

"Hi guys!" Becca said walking in the apartment.

"Becca!" I said hugging her.

"I missed you so much, Autumn." She turned to look at Melody. "But I didn't miss you whatsoever, bitch." She spat.

"I'm sorry, Becca." She mumbled. "I never told Connor about Martin and I know it was his fault. I just really hate him for it."

"Wait if you didn't tell Connor, then who did?"

"I thought you broke it off with him." I said in confusion.

"No he broke up with me..."

"So who spilled?" Melody asked.

"Becca?" Connor...

"Connor." She said with big eyes. "Connor I swear, he kissed me."

"How am I supposed to trust you after you lied to me for years?" He spat.

"Look into my eyes. Are these the eyes of someone who would want to hurt you?" She asked.

"I know one thing for sure, those aren't." He said looking into my eyes. I gave him a worried look and shook my head. I couldn't do that to Becca.

"Autumn and Connor are together." Melody blurted out. Becca turned her head to me with hurt eyes.

"How could you do that to me, Autumn?" She said in disbelief.

"Becca, I'm sorry. I didn't think you were coming back and Con and I just had a moment and..." I babbled.

"Don't bother. I knew you and Brad were having some problems but then you go and date Connor. You're just jumping from one boy to the next! Who's gonna be after Connor? James? Tristan?" She shouted.

"Becca, calm down." I said steadily

"Becca, it wasn't Autumn's fault. Okay? No one is at fault here! We're not even together anymore!" Con said.

"Melody? Can I talk to you?" Bradley said walking in the room. I didn't know if he actually had something to say or if he was trying to get her out of the drama.

"Be ca maybe you should just leave." Connor mumbled.

"Connor, I love you. Okay? Just know that I will always love you." I could see the hope that came back into Connor's eyes but he quickly shook it off and opened the door for her. She frowned and left without saying another word.

"You okay?" I asked quietly.

"I'll be fine." He half smiled. "Don't you worry your pretty little head about me." He smiled holding my hands. "Go to him. He needs you much more than I do." He whispered. I saw Melody smile at me before she left. It looked genuine and she actually seemed happy. I looked in the doorway and saw Bradley holding up a sign. I smiled at it and ran up and hugged him.

"You."

GAH YAAAS. Lol I get way to excited about this. Do any other writers feel like a lesser version of 'A'? I feel like the characters are my dolls sometimes and I feel the need to kill people off...I think I need help
