Harry's POV
I shuddered when the door opened.
There was a stern, cold lady, that had a tag that said, DEPUTY HEADMISTRESS, MINERVA MCGONAGALL.
She was a Gryffindor.
I entered with the rest of the three, and quickly stood in line with my new made friends.
There was a hat.
A really ragged old hat.
Amazingly it opened it's mouth and began to sing.
When it finished, everybody clapped wildly.
The first person came and sat on the stool, and put the hat on.
Almost immediately, it shouted "HUFFLEPUFF!"
Cool.
I hope I'm not in Slytherin, it seems so cruel and nasty....
Ron's POV
PHEW.
WE do not have to pass something, we just have to wear the hat!!
"McConnor, Alexandria!" shouted Professor McGonagall.
It took 3 minutes for the hat to decide.
"GRYFFINDOR!" it shouted.
"McConnor, Marianne!" shouted Professor McGonagall, again.
"Oh, another McConnor, ay?" the hat said.
"Well, go join your sister! GRYFFINDOR!" it said.
Professor called more students, on and on!
Finally she called Harry.
"GRYFFINDOR!" shouted the hat immediately.
And finally.......... "Ronald Weasley!"
I walked up to the stool and calmly sat on it, while my heart was rushing like a madman.
The hat was placed on me.
"Oh dear, another Weasley? There's already been 5 of you here! Well.... GRYFFIDOR!" the hat said cheerfully.
YES! ALL OF US FOUR WAS IN GRYFFINDOR!!!
I was the last person to be called.
We got to sit in our tables.
Just then, at the Professors' table, a really old man with a long white beard stood up and clinked his goblet really loudly
. He was just about to say something when 100 owls came rushing in at once.
Then all four of us fainted because we were shocked.
Darkness fell all over us.
~~~~~~~~~ I just love making cliffhangers! Because I felt really bad for not updating in a long while and broke my promise, I wrote two chapters today. I'll try to keep my promise!
