Chapter 5

Alexandria's POV

A security guard helped me up.

"Excuse me miss, but you are you okay?" she said in a very posh accent I found funny.

I doubled over in laughter.

"What's wrong miss?" she asked.

I quickly racked my brain to find an excuse and said, "Um... That dog over there is looking so funny, that's why!"

Actually there was no dog.

As I slipped past the guard, I hurried up the stairs, trying to look as normal as possible.

I laughed to myself.

How stupid the guard was!

Anyways, I paid 10 pounds (London money) and FINALLY got to see the museum's interior.

I breathed in sharply.

It was so much cooler in person!

I could hardly blink, thinking this was a dream and the museum would disappear once I blinked.

Then I just noticed something.

Nobody was in here!

I just stood there in a stupor, trying to find out why there was only me in the museum hallway.

I slapped my forehead.

Of course, everybody was getting a tour from that idiotic Tour Guide, Linda I think?

Or Melissa?

Oh, whatever.

I cheerfully looked at everything in the museum for about 2 hours before I realized it was almost dinner time.

OH CRAP!

I took a lot of photos to brag about on Instagram, then slipped out of the hallways into the entrance.

There I caught the bus back to my flat, and got home in about 15 minutes.

I casually opened the door, and in there I saw someone familiar.

"Do you know who I am?" the familiar person asked.

I tried to remember why that person was a stranger and I exclaimed, "AUNT ALAINA!!!!!"

She was my mom's younger sister.

She's about 22, just finishing college at Harvard University.

She's really smart.

Maybe even smarter than Einstein!

We sat down together on one of the couches and talked a long time, to catch up on things we missed while being separated from each other.

My dad coughed loudly.

We froze.

"Well you young ladies, we need to get to dinner! Let's Gooo!" he said sternly, but his eyes twinkling with amusement.

We walked out getting in the car when we all (Aunt Araina, Mom, Dad, Marianne, and I) heard a loud SCREECH.
