They started to date long before that at the moment of the kiss Naruto knew at that moment that they would be together. Narutos hand drifted closer to the body next to him he found nothing and he sat up screaming he was in the hospital how long he had been there he didn't know he looked down at himself he was thin like skin and bones thin he got up silently he went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror damn he looked bad red eyes from crying it looks like he cried a lot Naruto didn't remember anything since waking up he tried to remember and then he started to cry in earnest cried and cried and cried he could only think of two words in his mind "Sasukes gone he's gone"
