"Okay everybody!" Exclaimed Chiron. "Everyone's favorite thing in camp. Capture the flag." By the way everyone was groaning, I could tell capture the flag wasn't everyone's favorite thing here. "Let's split up into teams." Chiron said with that same empty voice. "Poseidon cabin, Zues, and Athena, your the blue team." Sweet! I thought. I get to at least be with Percy. My big bro."But that's not fair! The red team gets more players!" Cried Percy. "Well my life isn't fair either." Groaned Chiron. "Everyone, on the count of three, go hide your flags and then I will shout go. One, two, thr-" Everyone was off. "Well, go I guess." But Chiron didn't have anyone to say that to everyone had already left.
Annabeth gathered everyone in a huddle in the middle of the forest. "Okay everyone, the plan is for Jason to hide the flag on the top of a tree and he can protect it up there. Everyone else go and protect a clothing that is blue and that is on a stick. Is anyone wearing a blue shirt. That is a MALE. Because it won't work if Julia uses her shirt again." Everyone turned and looked at Julia. It was surprising that she was a daughter of Athena cause she was a big, curse dixie I wish I was allowed to swear but mama never allowed it and pulled me right out of school for a day 'cause ya'll was cussin' again. Whoowee, I need to get country in control, everyone will think you are a freak and a child of Demeter. Percy took off his blue shirt and handed it to Annabeth. That guy was ripped. "Here. You can use my shirt I will just put on some battle armor." "You better, seaweed brain" Annabeth punched him in his arm but maybe a little too hard. He was grasping his arm. "Okay, okay, I get it. But we better get started looking for that flag." Once Percy had some sort of armor on, everyone headed toward a big rock and put Percy's shirt on a stick and guarded it. Annabeth, Percy, and I headed across a small stream and I decided to try out a little something with it.
