Gyuvin couldn't help but drool at the sight before him. His eyes didn't blink for a second as he took in the different version of Ricky standing there.
"Come in" Ricky said, leaning casually against the dining table.
Gyuvin stepped inside, his feet moving on their own as he approached the Chinese man.
Ricky smirked, reaching out to rest his hand on Gyuvin's shoulder in a slow, teasing motion.
"Ri-Ricky... what-why..."
Ah, Kim Gyuvin! Get a grip! Gyuvin slapped his own cheek in frustration. Ricky chuckled softly.
"Do you like what you see, Master?" Ricky purred, his tone playful and laced with seduction.
Master? Calm down, Kim Gyuvin. Calm down.
Ricky's hand began to trail down from Gyuvin's chest, stopping just above his navel.
Gyuvin froze, eyes widening at the movement.
"No! Stop it, Ricky!" he exclaimed, brushing the man's hand away.
Ricky stiffened, then quickly stepped back, putting distance between them. "I'm sorry... I knew it was a bad idea"
He hastily removed the accessories from his head and body, the cat ears, the collar, everything. Embarrassment washed over him.
"That's not what I meant" Gyuvin said softly, reaching out, "but-"
"I-I thought..." his voice faltered. "You said you liked me. I thought maybe... this is what you wanted"
Before Gyuvin could even answer, Ricky spun around and hurried into his bedroom, the sound of the door slamming lightly behind him.
Gyuvin's heart twisted. Not because of what he saw, but because he saw fear in Ricky's eyes. Fear of rejection. Fear of being seen.
He hesitated outside the door for a moment, his hand hovering over the handle. Then he exhaled and pushed it open.
"Ricky" he said softly.
The Chinese man sat on the edge of the bed, his back turned, shoulders trembling. Gyuvin stepped closer, his voice low, steady.
"Hey... look at me."
Ricky didn't. "You don't have to pretend it's okay. I know this looks-"
"It looks like you" Gyuvin interrupted gently. "That's all I see"
Ricky froze. Slowly, he turned his head, eyes glistening under the dim light.
"I don't care what you wear, or how you look" Gyuvin continued, his tone trembling now, but honest. "I meant what I said before. I like you- not some version of you I imagined, not the one you think you need to be. Just you"
Silence stretched again, but this time it wasn't heavy. It was soft, fragile - like the first breath after a storm.
Ricky's lips parted, a shaky laugh escaping between tears. "You really mean that?"
Gyuvin smiled faintly. "Every word"
And in that quiet space between them, something unspoken shifted. Not a confession this time, but an acceptance that ran deeper than words could carry.
Ricky wiped the corner of his eyes with the back of his hand, smudging a little of his eyeliner. Gyuvin couldn't help but chuckle.
"You know" he said softly, tilting his head, "you look kind of adorable when you're flustered"
Ricky blinked, caught off guard. "Adorable? I just had a mini breakdown in front of you"
Gyuvin grinned. "Yah. Still adorable"
