A/N : Guys sorry ahead of time if the whole concept of this book is a bit mixed up. But hey, anything can happen in the land of fanfiction. Anywhoo, enjoy (://Isaac
"What did you do to her? " I ask Deaton.
"Lets just say that I did the same thing Kate did to Derek but on a much positive side." Deaton explains. "Her mindset is set to work at her present age now. And she views you as way much older."
"Wh--older like you ?"
"Hey, I'm 43 but that's the new 21, and yes--well, sorta."
"But to everyone else she's my 15 year old daughter."
"Well, that's where you have to bend the truth a little. Say she's your cousin or something."
I sigh, not really sure about this.
"Another thing--I think it's best to have Scott teach her self control and how to remain perfectly calm during a full moon. Which is where she'll be at her highest peak even moreso than Liam especially since she's essentially a "hybrid" "
"Why can't I help ?"
"Because Isaac, you're still learning yourself."
"I'm not the same person as I was before. I'm under control .."
Is it wrong of me to say that when I look at this Alice, I don't see my little girl anymore ?
--Because that's just it, she's not my little girl anymore.I mean she's just a few years younger than me. She's Liam's age for pete's sake. That still blows my mind. I can't hold her in my arms anymore. I can't tuck her in at night, but even though this change has awakened, it doesn't mean that I'm going to love her any less.
"There we go, you're all done." I hear as I walk towards Alice's room. "Go look."
I peek through, seeing Lydia sitting on the bed, smiling and watching as Alice stood in front of the mirror.
She goes to smoothen out her hair. "Wow, I look..."
"Beautiful." I smile and walk in, making them turn their heads. "You look beautiful."
"Thanks." Alice smiles.
"Hey, uh, Lyds. Can I talk to you in private? " I ask, shoving my hands into my pockets.
"Yeah, yeah sure." She stands. "I'll be right back, Alice."
"Kay." Alice says just as I lead the way out.
"What's up ?" Lydia asks, slowly shutting the door behind her.
I smile, removing my hands from my pocket to go and hug her.
I hear her chuckle, "What's this for ?"
"Thanks for helping me with Alice." I smile as she hugs me back.
She pulls away, looking at me. "Hey, anything for you. I mean you did save me from getting my eyes taken out by Allison's bow. I owe you a lifetime of gratitude. "
I chuckle, moving towards her a bit, kind of not knowing. "Yeah. Although you're not the only one she almost tried to kill. I had numerous encounters with her daggers, that's for sure."
I look down at her as she stares at me, like she wants to say something.
"What ?" I ask.
"You're--you're.."
