That night after I had showered I came downstairs to talk to Nash about everything. I think I was finally ready. He was watching an old football game and I sat on the couch beside him. A cash moment as our fans would call it. He turned the tv off I'm sure he wasn't into it anyway. Honesty he hated sports.

"So are you ready to talk." He asked turning to face me.

I nodded and sighed. Here we go.

"Ummm ok ok um so so." I studdered.

"Bro are you a fangirl or my friend calm the hell down." He laughed.

I took a deep breath. Let's try this again.

"Ok so in Senior year right before prom Jack gilinsky told me he liked Y/N."

Nash put his hands halfway in the air.

"Wait wait wait." He paused." Jack liked a girl and admitted it." He looked confused.

I wasn't in the mood for jokes so I ignored that.

" And so he asked me to be his wingman you know put in a good word for him." He now stated at me intently making me feel even more awkward.

"But I kind of got mixed up in the situation." I admitted.

"And what is that supposed to mean." He questioned.

I ran my hand through my hair and looked down at the floor.

"I know your nervous." He said correctly.

"Oh really how?" I asked

"Because your making your constipated confused face which for you means your nervous." He laughed.

"Shut up." I yelled throwing a pillow at his head. I continued.

"It means while telling her great things about him she seemed more interested in me and I was also interested in her." I admitted shamefully.

I knew he had gotten the point by now because he was staring at me no longer asking questions. I thought he was being serious for one second. WRONG!

"You stole his girl bro?" He asked laughing hysterically.

"Its not funny." I scoffed.

By that time he was already crying of laughter. I shook my head at his attitude. He was absolutely useless so I decided to go upstairs. About halfway upstairs he stopped laughing and stood up to face me.

"Cameron wait." He yelled and I turned to face him. "I know you feel bad about what you did but its really not your fault if she didn't like him. And if she decides to leave you over that or Jack decides to hate you then you don't need either of them." He said seriously probably for the first time since I've known him. "No matter what goes wrong I'll be here."

I shook my head smiling.

"Wow bro I was starting to think your heart had completely dissapeared."

He smiled and sat back down.

"Not yet."
