After Reena's street meltdown, or however you'd describe it, the three of us (Ryan, Grace, and me) went our seperate ways home. When I unlocked the door to our house Mom was sleeping, probably tired of moving around. She'll be back to work in about a week.

It was about 4:28 p.m.

I flopped onto my bed and thought about the things you'd think of if you couldn't sleep. Later, I decided to take a shower and change into my comfortable clothes and have a Netfilx marathon.

Eating popcorn by myself and catching up with Pretty Little Liars was okay, but I felt a little lonely. Considering to texting Grace to come over, I looked at my phone.

1 missed call from Ryan.

I totally couldn't have missed a call from him. Calling him back, and almost at the same time he picked up. There was a lump in my throat and I prayed that I wouldn't stutter. "Hi," I made sure my voice wasn't too deep or too high. "What's up?"

Ryan had an apologetic tone. "Sorry about earlier, Reena's pretty crazy at times. What you doing?"

"Watching Netflix. You?"

"Watching. What are you watching on Netflix?" His voice sounded teasing and I was a bit confused. "Pretty Little Liars. Dude, what are you watching?"

"You." He said over the phone, and I realized he was in my house. After that he quickly hung up from his side of the call and I dropped my popcorn, paused the episode, and ran to my room. Ryan was sitting in my desk chair as usual, and busted out laughing.

"That's not funny! And plus, my mom's sleeping," He stopped laughing, and I wished he hadn't. Dimples showed when he was smiling, and his laugh was contagious. But Ryan wasn't laughing right now. Aw.

"Well, why'd you come here?" I asked, flicking the lights on and walking over to my bed. "I don't know, really. I guess I was bored?"

"Yeah, sure," My phone buzzed.

Unknown has sent you a message.

"Who's that?" Ryan looks over my shoulder to see the text. His breath carressed my ear and I tried hard not to react to that, and not to turn around. "Don't know,"

Unknown: I can't believe you.

I texted back, suspicious. Okay, who was this person? Reena? She obviously doesn't have my number, and I didn't have hers. "Does this person's number look like Reena's?" I turn around and show him the screen.

"Nope. But that's a strange text," His face was so close to mine, almost an inch alone. Adorable, mesmerizing blue and a cute nose, with Ryan's sandy hair that fell over his eyes. Unknown texted again.

Unknown: Are you there?

Me: Who are you?

Unknown: You know me, but I guess you forgot.

Me: This isn't funny. Prank?

Unknown: No.

Me: Then why text me?

Unknown: You forgot about me. You left.

Me: I didn't leave anyone.

Unknown: And now you have that Ryan with you and what are you doing? Making out?

Me: It's not like that, and how do you know about him?

Unknown: I'm smart.

Me: Ok.

Unknown: If you want to know who I am, call.

Me: ...

I looked back at Ryan and he was just as suspicious and confused as I was, and nodded his head. "Call them. They're probably playing around. Don't take it so seriously," Hesitant, I tapped the number and they picked up.

"Hey," a very familiar voice said, a bittersweet tone but I just dropped my phone, knowing who exactly the guy was. "I never left you," I pleaded softly. Ryan glared at me with suspicion and his eyebrows raised. It's not what it looks like, I mouthed.

"I miss you,"

I bit my lip and imagined the guy biting his too. But instead, it was I who wanted to practically yell on the phone. "No, it was you who left me! You just don't want to admit it," Trying to keep my cool, I exhaled.

"Remember when you used to doodle little pictures of me and I painted portraits of you? I miss that,"

"I... No, I went to every single Art meeting and you stopped coming! Why did you leave me alone?" Now Ryan kept his hand on my shoulder, understanding. The guy shut up, and stammered, "I'm sorry!"

"No you're not, Ravan! Where did you go? Africa?" He hung up, and I was left dumbstruck. Ryan stared at me. "Ravan?"

I had my head down and the phone just lied on the white sheets with the messages Ravan sent to me. "Is he a guy you used to like?"

"We were nothing other than friends freshman year but both of us wanted something more. I want to see him again, but he just always disappears," A tear fell down my cheek and Ryan wipes it away as he cupped my face.

"I promise I won't leave," My eyes widened as he leaned in, a light kiss lingering on my cheek. I buried my face in his shoulder, crying silently. "If you promise."

"I swear I won't." Arms wrapped around my waist me like an envelope and instantly I felt warm, smiling a bit.

You guys will see more Ravan, he's not a filler character! Anyways a fun fact: Ryan's mother was an artist but died. I hope that makes sense on why he visited the art studio on the first day of school!
